Welcome to The Londoner. A staggering edifice on the south west corner of Leicester Square, it is a stage for drama and theatrics. A tribute to the artists, visionaries and eccentrics of the city. Teeming with experiences, its striking spaces and intimate nooks play host to inimitable dining, performances and exhibitions. This is a luxury London hotel, reimagined for the global citizen. The Londoner’s restaurants and bars reflect the city’s eclectic dining scene. Elegant Japanese cuisine features alongside a contemporary take on the French Mediterranean. Bright and airy spaces for breakfast and brunch contrast intimate cocktail and Champagne bars, whilst the rooftop sets the scene for spectacular gazing and grazing. Beneath the historic Leicester Square, an urban haven for holistic pampering awaits. Recharge in the spa. Rejuvenate in the gymnasium. Sip a detoxifying juice or let the hours slip away in the beauty parlour.

welcomed on a cold evening from reception staff - clear information on what the bar could supply food wise for our business meeting. Alvin your service was great and attention to ensure refreshments were available so impressed thank you

Another amazing stay at this amazing hotel, This time I was upgraded to a corner suite ! and with a beautiful bathroom with a huge free standing bathtub. Aina did my check in and was extremely thorough about the hotel facilities. The room was spotless and so so quiet, I thought I was the only person staying in the hotel. The next morning I had room service breakfast and had the most delicious Eggs Royal. I will be back very soon thank you all

Not a five star hotel, we turned up at 2.45 (check in at 3) to be told our room wasn’t ready, was then palmed off to the bar (alright the one drink was FOC) then we would be notified when our room was ready but then at 3.45 we were still waiting I had to go back to reception to be told they had upgraded our room and that was ready (it was the same room as what was booked I may add) The room was clean, but very small. It didn’t have that luxury feel for the cost. We were woken up at 1.15am to a fire alarm and had to evacuate the building, there was a lack of any real communication and obviously not ideal standing outside on a December evening at this time of the morning. These things do happen, but the issue lies with the staff the next morning upon check out. It wasn’t mentioned, and there was no apology to our disturbed sleep, to top it off a service charge had been applied to our bill… I mean seriously?! You should be the ones giving me money back. Not asking for more.

TINY TINY rooms! Presents as a boutique hotel which is true but rooms have NO space for anyting. Picture has been enlarged. Staff is great, service good but if you travel with a suitcase this place is NOT for you

Beautiful hotel and great location presents itself as a boutique hotel. However beware the rooms are so small that 2 people with luggage will struggle as ther is no place to Put luggage, toiletries or anything else you will trip over Luggage if not careful. To request an upgrade is difficult as the rooms are not much bigger. Wow will NOT come back!! It was very disappointing
