Welcome to The Londoner. A staggering edifice on the south west corner of Leicester Square, it is a stage for drama and theatrics. A tribute to the artists, visionaries and eccentrics of the city. Teeming with experiences, its striking spaces and intimate nooks play host to inimitable dining, performances and exhibitions. This is a luxury London hotel, reimagined for the global citizen. The Londoner’s restaurants and bars reflect the city’s eclectic dining scene. Elegant Japanese cuisine features alongside a contemporary take on the French Mediterranean. Bright and airy spaces for breakfast and brunch contrast intimate cocktail and Champagne bars, whilst the rooftop sets the scene for spectacular gazing and grazing. Beneath the historic Leicester Square, an urban haven for holistic pampering awaits. Recharge in the spa. Rejuvenate in the gymnasium. Sip a detoxifying juice or let the hours slip away in the beauty parlour.

We had an incredible trip. The service at the Londoner was nothing short of spectacular. We had a bit of trouble with our travel arrangements, but the concierge Leo went above and beyond to help us out. He made our stay incredible. He was also able to get us a few reservations at some very popular restaurants. We hope Leo is there next time when we come visit. Thanks Leo!

I stayed at The Londoner for a work conference - an absolute dream come true! Everything about this hotel is exceptional: the warm, attentive staff, beautiful rooms, stunning decor, and unbeatable location. Breakfast was delicious, and the conference catering was outstanding (special mention to the ice-cream cart!). The two things everyone talked about? The high-tech bathrooms - heated seats and all - and the biggest, comfiest pillows imaginable. Yes, the price point puts it in the luxury bracket, but you genuinely get what you pay for here. An unforgettable experience from start to finish.

The Londoner is a fantastic hotel. It has beautiful rooms with a tasteful and interesting modern decor throughout. The staff is exceptional and we were always greeted with a friendly welcome by multiple staff members when we entered the hotel. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Access to the lounge on the first floor for drinks and snacks throughout the day was a nice touch. Great location in the heart of the West End theater scene, a short walk to Trafalgar Square, Regent Street, Covent Garden, etc. We have stayed at a number of luxury hotels in London and this ranks at the top.

A truly exceptional stay at The Londoner. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and the check-in seamless. The design of the hotel and rooms is absolutely stunning, every detail feels curated and luxurious. Housekeeping was flawless throughout our stay. We loved the exclusive Resident area - a beautiful, calm and safe space with fantastic staff who made us feel right at home. Drinks by the pool were perfect, and I had the best matcha ever! We didn’t try the other restaurants, but we did have breakfast at Whitcomb’s. The food was ok, though I personally didn’t enjoy the overall ambiance of the restaurant. The location is unbeatable: the perfect base to explore the city. I stayed with my teenage son, and the concierge team was a great help in organizing activities and making our stay effortless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for understated luxury and impeccable service in the heart of London.

I was absolutely blown away by this hotel. I visited with a group of peers to check out our local area and from the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel is stunning, beautifully designed, clean, and full of amazing art that makes it special. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable. A special thank you to Monti, the events team and the GM for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury with such a personal touch, and this hotel absolutely delivers on both.
