The Londoner Hotel

Absolutely wonderful experience. The accommodations are top-notch; the amenities are generous; and the staff are kind, informed, and attentive. Tyler our concierge and Rado our door staff in particular made sure I was well-taken care of. And Tyler remembered me from when I stayed at The Londoner 3 years ago too! 5 stars. I will be back.

Stayed for a couple of nights as a long weekend of West End shows and sightseeing. First, welcomed in by a doorman, Lydia on reception was a delight: again, welcoming and extremely helpful - booking us in and organising luggage to the room. We had a corner suite which was spotless, tastefully decorated and quiet - perfect. Sunday lunch, a beef roast dinner was plentiful and with great flavour… and the tarte tatin was wow! Breakfasts were good too - I had the Full English. However on the second morning I was disappointed that my table was missing cutlery and my girlfriend’s pancakes were missing the maple syrup both which had to be flagged to the waiters. Given that breakfasts are the best part of £30 per person that’s where the service fell a little short. But overall a great place to stay and no doubt will return.

I visit London at least once a year. I discovered Londoner on Leicester Square last year. Having tried several other places in the past, I was so impressed by the pristine condition of the facilities and services offered at Londoner. It has become my go-to when in London. This trip, as usual, was a stop over for a voyage out of Southampton. Late Saturday evening I received notice of a 4 hour delay boarding the ship. The cruise line requested that I in turn delay arrival at the terminal 4 hours the following day. As they had arranged my transfer to Southampton, I tried to reschedule my transfer to the port through them. Unfortunately nobody at the agency was available to assist. I went on-line, unsuccessful at figuring out my best options, then I reached out to the concierge desk at Londoner. I first spoke with Tyler and described my issue to him. Tyler put me in contact with his colleague Darren, and within minutes my problem was solved.. Train ticket in hand. My Sunday morning trip to Southampton was Express, and cost much less than if I had booked the the trip myself. The rest of my transfer was seamless. Unlike many of the weary travelers whom I encountered in the departure hall, I arrived refreshed and excited for my up coming voyage. My Sincere Thanks to the concierge team of Tyler & Darren for their expert handling of my out of the ordinary situation.

Where to start this is a proper 5 star experience from start to finish we had a corner suite for 3 nights and the attention to detail is exceptional You want for nothing seriously nothing breakfast is a delight staff are super attentive spar is great and even down to a heated toilet seat in the bathroom I cannot fault this hotel or it’s location

Ok tad expensive but service and the best breakfast service I’ve ever had and I’ve travelled. In my opinion just had two breakfasts of highest quality great fruit selection loved the grapes and orange combo😜 Had a meal on the roof also highly recommend. Have already looked at return dates.
