The Londoner Hotel

I visit London at least once a year. I discovered Londoner on Leicester Square last year. Having tried several other places in the past, I was so impressed by the pristine condition of the facilities and services offered at Londoner. It has become my go-to when in London. This trip, as usual, was a stop over for a voyage out of Southampton. Late Saturday evening I received notice of a 4 hour delay boarding the ship. The cruise line requested that I in turn delay arrival at the terminal 4 hours the following day. As they had arranged my transfer to Southampton, I tried to reschedule my transfer to the port through them. Unfortunately nobody at the agency was available to assist. I went on-line, unsuccessful at figuring out my best options, then I reached out to the concierge desk at Londoner. I first spoke with Tyler and described my issue to him. Tyler put me in contact with his colleague Darren, and within minutes my problem was solved.. Train ticket in hand. My Sunday morning trip to Southampton was Express, and cost much less than if I had booked the the trip myself. The rest of my transfer was seamless. Unlike many of the weary travelers whom I encountered in the departure hall, I arrived refreshed and excited for my up coming voyage. My Sincere Thanks to the concierge team of Tyler & Darren for their expert handling of my out of the ordinary situation.

Where to start this is a proper 5 star experience from start to finish we had a corner suite for 3 nights and the attention to detail is exceptional You want for nothing seriously nothing breakfast is a delight staff are super attentive spar is great and even down to a heated toilet seat in the bathroom I cannot fault this hotel or it’s location

Ok tad expensive but service and the best breakfast service I’ve ever had and I’ve travelled. In my opinion just had two breakfasts of highest quality great fruit selection loved the grapes and orange combo😜 Had a meal on the roof also highly recommend. Have already looked at return dates.

Alex and the team were great. We had difficulty reserving a table at a restaurant we were eager to try. The team made it happen. Credit to Alex and the team, really made our stay memorable. Highly recommend.

From the moment we turned up at the hotel we were made to feel very welcomed, from the doorman to the housekeeping staff , everyone was friendly and professional at all times The hotel is opulent in decor and has lots of fabulous art. We were lucky to stay in a corner suite which certainly didn’t disappoint , everything in our room felt luxurious , the bedding was gorgeous , our bathroom was spacious and included a separate shower,, toilet cubicles and a roll top bath Lighting in the room was great , controlled by panels or the tv you could turn the lighting to your personal liking . Our room also had Dyson hairdryer , steamer and coffee machine We used the spa while we were there and it was lovely , clean and very relaxing The roof top bar is a must to have a drink as you can see over the London skyline or sit in a cosy fire pit area , the cocktails were very tasty We had access to hotel members areas where we could get complimentary non alcoholic refreshments and looked after by Sam who was very welcoming . This hotel had thought of everything with little touches to make your stay even better and I think what made our experience greater was the staff We can’t wait to return and I want to applaud this hotel , when hospitality has been having a hard time they have really stood out and made our stay one of the best we have had in London so thank you
