I had an amazing stay at Cameo Beverly Hills! The deluxe room was huge and very comfortable with a cute balcony. Bed extremely comfortable as well. The breakfast was divine and the staff was extremely welcoming and nice with an excellent service quality. Special thanks to Eddie at the bar! Love their pasta, cookie and chocolate croissants. I will definitely come back :)

The rooms were gorgeous and had a great city view. Great location, fabulous drinks, and comfortable beds. Rooms had blackout curtains for perfect sleeping. Hotel staff was attentive and helpful.

Upon arriving via Uber, I was greeted by Drake, a young man with a cheerful smile and assistance with my luggage. I had a wonderful check in experience with Ayesha and upon getting to my room, both bright and comfortable, I then ordered room service. Again, a happy voice that belonged to Dominic took my order, answered all my questions, and 20 minutes later he arrived and greeted me by name, (a rarity now adays.) The Filet was superb, and I will be back to this hotel, where i can't wait to enjoy the pool and relax.

AVOID THIS HOTEL: I had a horrible experience at this hotel. Very unprofessional overall. I booked a rather expensive room at this hotel. After spending the first night barely able to get an hour's worth of sleep because it is on a fairly major road with a significant amount of traffic noise – truly ridiculous amount of noise ... when I called the next day to ask to be moved to a similar room on the other side of the hotel, they told me it would be an additional $100/day to move. I wanted the same room type. They said that rooms on that side cost $100 more. I said if you know that that so punitive to put customers/guests on one side of the building, you should warn them before they book those rooms so they don't get suckered into an untenable/crappy room. The staff was not accommodating when I tried to get them to be sympathetic to my situation and move me. I would avoid this hotel as it is clearly not guest friendly. My HVAC also was not properly functioning and the chair at the desk was ill-fitted and unconducive to doing any real work (too low, not adjustable, no wheels, etc.) VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

I assumed when I booked through Billabook that I had paid for all all charges. But when paying my bill was informed that there were destination charges per day of €39, City of LA tax €5.5, €12 labour surcharge. I was told by your rep. that this info should have been on Billabook website. I did not see it and I went back to look but still could not find it. I got info on arrival from your rep. that there was €32 credit but it did not explain anything about these extra charges. The info. given by your rep. was misleading. Some other problems were Wifi was very bad, no fridge in room, no table in room. Room 206. 13/4/24 to18/4/24 Michael Brown +353857882388 mickbrown519@gmail.com
