Outstanding

Outstanding. Loved my room and the amazing service. Room well appointed. Property well located. Just a short walk to Century City Shopping Plaza! Nice lobby bar. Wish I had time to go to the rooftop and spa. Highly recommend and hope to come again!

Fantastic stay

Wonderful stay!! We stayed via Fairmont Gold which offers amenities and a lounge with breakfast, snacks and amazing service. Bella and Kevin among others were lovely, helpful and incredibly welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. We enthusiastically recommend this fabulous hotel!

Coming home….

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Due to flight delays and long waiting times for the rental car, we didn't arrive at the Fairmont Century Plaza until 3am. Matthew, the night manager, welcomed us warmly and took care of everything immediately! John, the night bell boy, parked our car and our luggage was in our room 5 minutes later! We started the next day in the Gold Lounge; Kevin and Bella provided us with great ideas and tips!!! Overall we felt like we had come home to friends..... Fantastic!!!!

My favorite hotel in LA

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Fairmont Century Plaza. The hotel has been recently renovated, and it shows. All rooms and amenities are incredibly clean and luxurious. The service is unmatched. The staff was truly very helpful and welcoming and really made my stay enjoyable (door, vallet, concierge, housekeeping, Gold lounge dining, and spa). Nancy at the front desk was very kind and helpful during check-in and check-out. The spa facilities were exceptional. My only complaint is that the service quality could have been better given the beautiful space and very high price.

Tired hotel with some lovely staff

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

I spent four nights here for business. The hotel was well located for my work and next to a big shopping centre. I had to change the first room that I was offered as it smelled musty and unclean. The reception staff seemed rather put out that they had to fix the situation. I was disappointed to note that there are no desks to work from in the rooms, except in the suites. The lighting in the rooms, especially the bathroom, is terrible to apply make up and get ready (I'm a broadcaster). The food in the restaurant and room service is fine but extremely overpriced. The door, hospitality and housekeeping staff were absolutely wonderful, incredibly friendly and could not do more to make you feel welcome. Unfortunately the staff on reception were the opposite, generally sullen and seemingly unwilling to help. A tired hotel that could do better
