After our house was struck by lightning we went to Omni for a couple of nights. They offer a generous military discount, reward member perks and more. It was convenient walking to several restaurants and bars and had plenty of options on-site. The roof top pool was wonderful with plenty of chairs, as the hot tub (it was out of order the first night though.) The room was quiet, but the corridors seem to look at bit dated. Would stay again!

We booked a double queen room through Expedia for 4 people, when we arrived we were told they over sold those rooms and we got bumped to a single king room because we booked with a 3rd party. The best they could offer us was the king and 2 roll away cots. There was not enough space for both of those additional beds in the room. We had to climb over beds just to walk in the room, it made for a very unpleasant 4 day stay. Was offered zero compensation for the hassle because in the fine print they can do that! Our TV kept going in and out. I signed up for their loyalty program to get the free WiFi, it wouldn't let me sync the two. We had to create another account to do so. $100.00 to park the car and the garage isn't even directly connected to the hotel. When you get in late at night you have to walk through all the transients that are lurking around the building. Even having locals walking telling us to get our kids inside quickly! The front desk staff is rude and not helpful. We were with a large group and everyone had complaints from trying to raise the cost of the room upon check in to not telling them about in and our parking making them valet their car at higher rate. Or telling one they had to leave the hotel because they had a event bracelet on and mistook it for a hospital bracelet and thought they escaped the hospital, even though they had a room at the hotel.

Booked a corner suite with adjoining room to accomodate our lodging needs. Upon check-in two employees took over 45 minutes of me standing at the front desk trying to figure out how to tell me they didn't have that type of reservation available and had to separate the rooms. They took the reservation but were incapable of holding the reservation. Imagine if you were traveling with children and now you have to figure out who goes to which room separate from each other and no longer having complete supervision over them at all times? Now you have to split the parents up with one staying in the suite and one going to the separate and no longer adjoining room. (Needless to say, I didn't get the suite.) Complete failure on Omni's part and we are multiple repeat guests. I guess it's time to start looking elsewhere. That's too bad.

Excellent personal care from staff to make the stay our most comfortable. Without our knowledge, they upgraded our room to a corner suite because we were there to celebrate our anniversary. Very special time!

The towels are Extremely rough. If you want to be exfoliated after a shower go here. After one shower all self tanner was wiped off. The pool is apparently open to the public so it is over crowded which made the water have a film of oils and stuff on it. No staff made sure that when people left the towels were picked up from the chairs, so there was not one available chair to sit in, and they were all moved all over the pool area so it made it difficult to even walk around.
