The Omni is hands down the best resort in Louisville! From the pleasant staff to the beautiful rooms everything about our stay was excellent.

Extremely rude front desk and staff. We felt cornered and bullied by front staff & security. This was our favorite hotel, but we will never be back. We felt unsafe and very disrespected by a whole group of front desk and security. We are a family of 2 parents and two daughters. Our tv wasn’t working so we called front desk twice tonight two hours apart. She was extremely rude to us. Once we went downstairs to find out who was speaking to us that way everyone covered for her and wouldn’t tell us who we were speaking to. We felt attacked. We were only asking about our tv not working and she was so careless and rude to us. “Tiffani” This was our favorite hotel to stay at in Louisville, but now we will stay clear. It is literally a gang here that will disrespect you and attack you if you only ask the name of the person you spoke with on the phone with in your room. They will cover for each other. Very scary. So do not stay here. Security kept asking us what room we were staying in also. We were scared. Also security said we are not allowed to know who spoke to us on our phone from our hotel room phone which is very suspicious as well. We asked to speak to a manager and she said “nobody here”. Chris a security staff member said we legally do not need to know who spoke to us on our hotel room phone. Such a beautiful hotel that is now in other words I don’t know how to explain but ghetto. If you want a nice, friendly, and safe place to stay at go to Hotel Genevieve. We will never make the mistake again to stay here. We are putting our family at risk staying in this hotel and I feel really bad for putting my daughters in this situation.

Excellent hotel! An amazing view and all the services are wonderful. Nice places for dining and excellent amenities. I love this place.

After our house was struck by lightning we went to Omni for a couple of nights. They offer a generous military discount, reward member perks and more. It was convenient walking to several restaurants and bars and had plenty of options on-site. The roof top pool was wonderful with plenty of chairs, as the hot tub (it was out of order the first night though.) The room was quiet, but the corridors seem to look at bit dated. Would stay again!

We booked a double queen room through Expedia for 4 people, when we arrived we were told they over sold those rooms and we got bumped to a single king room because we booked with a 3rd party. The best they could offer us was the king and 2 roll away cots. There was not enough space for both of those additional beds in the room. We had to climb over beds just to walk in the room, it made for a very unpleasant 4 day stay. Was offered zero compensation for the hassle because in the fine print they can do that! Our TV kept going in and out. I signed up for their loyalty program to get the free WiFi, it wouldn't let me sync the two. We had to create another account to do so. $100.00 to park the car and the garage isn't even directly connected to the hotel. When you get in late at night you have to walk through all the transients that are lurking around the building. Even having locals walking telling us to get our kids inside quickly! The front desk staff is rude and not helpful. We were with a large group and everyone had complaints from trying to raise the cost of the room upon check in to not telling them about in and our parking making them valet their car at higher rate. Or telling one they had to leave the hotel because they had a event bracelet on and mistook it for a hospital bracelet and thought they escaped the hospital, even though they had a room at the hotel.
