Omni Louisville Hotel

It's a great place at a great location but badly run, my room alarm clock went off very early in the morning because staff had forgotten to turn it off from the previous guest, then we tried to get drinks at their bar but they had 2 people serving 50ppl and it was horrible again. Don't know if I'm going back there ever.

I had an outstanding experience during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, the level of customer service was exceptional. The valet team was prompt, courteous, and welcoming, making the arrival process seamless. At the front desk, the staff was professional, friendly, and efficient—check-in was quick, and every question I had was answered with a smile. Housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure my room was spotless and well-stocked each day. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Even the UPS Center staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy for me to manage my shipping needs without stress. Every team member I encountered reflected genuine hospitality and care. It’s rare to see this level of consistent service across every department. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable—I’ll definitely be back!

A perfect mixture of comfort and luxury. Staff was very kind and helpful. They always open the front door for you. Extremely good experience from the time I walked in. The front desk agent was able to help me get the exact room I wanted, the housekeeping staff gave me extra towels happily everytime I requested. And the valet team took good care if my vehicle and always had it ready when I requested.

Went for our anniversary, they upgraded our room, pillows and bedding were amazing, same with the tub in the suite, plus the pool was fabulous. Really classy place, elevated experience overall, so glad we booked.

3-night stay thurs arrival, booked premier executive for the space, select guest champion got us upgraded to executive suite. Check in quick they use select guest board so no need to wait at reception here. Suite perfect, everything worked and extremely clean, Bathroom huge with tub and the separate shower, the stall is large enough to fit a horse from Churchill Downs. Housekeeping great left us plenty of water and extra towels each day. There were few hiccups with select guest coffee delivery first 2 mornings. Used pool friday no crowds and easy to get chairs. Pool food was very good, but table service was uneven. We had takeaway breakfast 2 mornings at Falls City Market and sit-down breakfast (sat) at Neighborhood Services. I would pick Neighborhood as best place, had no idea they were offering the breakfast buffet (so many other Omni’s have killed it) and it is very reasonably priced. If you plan on using your car a lot definitely use the valet its efficient (we never waited) and the attendants were so nice. Tip if you plan on bringing bourbon home alcohol isn’t sold until 1pm Sundays at airport so hit the Bottle Shoppe at Falls City Market Saturday night (run by Omni). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
