My husband and I stayed together as part of a larger group in town for business. We were met with a lobby that smelled absolutely wonderful and served as a backdrop for a completely positive experience over the course of three days. Every member of the staff was extremely attentive and positive. The facility was pristinely clean and upscale, with a keen attention to detail with the decor. Our room was also beautifully appointed and clean. We did not enjoy all the amenities offered at the hotel, but we did enjoy bowling and drinks at the Pin & Proof Speakeasy, breakfast and snacks from the Falls City Market, and dinner at the Neighborhood Services restaurant. The service was consistently perfect throughout the hotel and our stay was devoid of any negative experience.

Have stayed at this hotel several times but it has gone downhill. It is still beautiful and the location is good, but a few tweaks could make it wonderful again. The internet and TV service were terrible! TV kept dropping the signal which was irritating and inexcusable in a hotel of this caliber. It has been mentioned in other reviews but the problem persists so they obviously have not dealt with the issue. The pool is beautiful but we brought food from another location in the hotel but were not allowed to bring it in, even though it was purchased within the hotel--not a good policy! Saw many people with their own cups and snacks so guess they snuck by the guard. Nice place but with the competition of Hotel Boure Bonne, Omni better step up its game!

Overall, this hotel was fantastic. I traveled on behalf of my institution for a professional development conference held onsite. I could not be more happy with the facilities. The building was well-maintained, the amenities were great and there are a wide variety of restaurants and experiences that you can partake in. I will say that the ONLY negative I had in my trip was the value of the in-room dining. I ordered a brownie/ ice cream dessert and a glass of tea, that ended up being almost $30. In no world would that be considered valuable, but that is what was paid. If you have the option, please visit Bob's Steakhouse, the food was incredible but the service was the most meaningful part of the experience.

The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. The banquet food was among the best I've tasted. The food in the Market area was also fresh and tasty.
