The natural choice for bon vivants the world over, Lyon charms with rustic gastronomic delights, renovated riverfronts, and cobbled alleyways bustling with artisans and craftsmen. Here, in its Renaissance heart, you'll find our iconic hotel set within a 14th-century traboule. Choose from 60 individually appointed rooms and suites, featuring heavy wooden beams, intricate works of art, and period furniture. Dine in the hotel's romantic courtyard at Michelin-starred restaurant Les Loges, spearheaded by chef Anthony Bonnet and his team. When the time comes to unwind, visit the spa, inspired by the baths of ancient Rome, or enjoy the peaceful setting of the hanging gardens with its bamboo-shaded terrace.

An absolutely stunning hotel, have just been renovated (30 months they say) and what a result, but most importantly the staff are absolutely top notch each one of them with an exceptional customer attention. I have 100 nights out a year and this hotel is one to remember

Hotel was closed despite pre-paid reservation! We had a pre-paid reservation through a booking service. We arrived last night in Lyon and had difficulty locating the hotel (it's in the pedestrian part of the old city). We tried calling the hotel 20 times with no answer. We finally located the hotel at 8:30 pm and rang the bell many times. No answer. Eventually asked the restaurant across the way if they knew anything, they told us the hotel was closed and wasn't opening until later this week. After a long day of travel, we had to hastily try to find another hotel. And now we have to deal with the booking agency and Radisson, who owns this hotel, to get a refund. This was not how we plan to spend our vacation if I could rate this hotel management zero I would.

The hotel is now closed. I walked by today and there is signage indicating a renovation. Great location in very charming Old Town. Surprised there is no notation of that on this site. I am not aware of a 5-star hotel Old Town, so this would be good addition.

This hotel is conveniently located in old Lyon so it’s easy to get to most of the main attractions. They serve an excellent breakfast buffet worth taking advantage of because you’ll need the energy to handle all the walking you’ll do. The bar is nice and they even have a few street facing tables so you can people watch. The bartender will bring you an inherently French cocktail that will become your new favorite! The room I stayed in was very nice and well appointed but it would not have been a good room to share - thus 4 stars. There is no separation between the bedroom and the tub - which is literally next to the bed and then a glass enclosed shower where if you’re sharing a room, there is no privacy whatsoever. Sink is also in the room. The toilet at least is behind a closed door but it’s a small area and a large person would have great difficulty getting in and out.

The hotel itself is amazing, oozing so much atmosphere. Great location in Lyon old town, but have to say, the highlight are the staff. Nothing was too much, a credit to the hotel and Lyon city - thank you.
