We have stayed in this hotel and we always enjoyed the suites with great pool view. We want to concentrate on our experience at the Ritz-Carlton Bar and Lounge this time, however. We went for our anniversary celebration one Friday night and were offered a table close to the stage. The live music is always a highlight of the bar and the hotel makes sure there are top notch performers all the time. Special thanks to Laax, he made us a nice special souvenir and also prepared a delicious tasting cake. It was sure a special evening to remember.

The room is huge, the hardware is great, but services are top notch. Welcome to Ritz Carlton Macau! I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday with my brother on a wheelchair. I booked two club level rooms. The rooms are all suite, large with full amenities, and many have been written about that: So I will focus on the services. Having many special needs, the Ritz Carlton team is eager to help and provide multiple suggestions to resolve these special needs. They have arranged a wheelchair on stand by; a plastic stability chair in the shower, and two rooms opposite of each other for my family. As my brother cannot move from his wheelchair to a tall bed, the service team removed the thick mattress and replaced it with a thinner version which turns out to be perfect. They have even offered to carry my brother onto the hotel vehicle! But we worked out a smooth way for my brother to get on the hotel car. (Each club level room can request a one way transportation from the hotel on the hotel car). We had a dinner at Lai Heen to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday; and the hotel has also made special arrangements with Lai Heen and some room decorations. It was priceless to see an 80 year old father having a happy and satisfied smile on his face! My deepest gratitude towards the entire RC Club team, from all the responsive emails before the stay, and throughout the stay. Specifically Ella, Joao, Nicholas, they have gone the extra miles to ensure a perfect stay and celebration, and such is priceless. I would strongly recommend people to stay in the club level for Macau. Macau being a small city, it would be easy to return to the hotel club to enjoy all 5 top quality food presentations throughout the day. Plus the room and the swimming pool, it would be an excellent hotel to chill out and surround yourself with top food and top services. Congratulations to the Ritz Carlton team for setting a very high bar for others Macau hotels to learn from. Especially St Regis Macau, which my last stay was and was nothing remarkable about the hotel, although being in the same Bonvoy top category. Thank you Ella, Jaao, Nicholas and the team!

Love the hotel. The staff and their service are impeccable; the food at the club was absolutely remarkable, the room is big and cozy, and especially the spa ❤️ it’s perfect! The team at the club greeted us personally from the minute we walked into the hotel. They are just incredible. Juan and Molly at the club were super helpful and friendly. The team at the spa even decorated our room for us to surprise my husband. It was just amazing. 🌹🌹🌹🥰🥰🥰

Ive been in many hotel before but the ritz carltob macau was very amazing, the front office team was so ver approachable, the room cleanliness is very good they take care all of our thing in our room. So very touchable i looking for more booking again in here thank so much for wonderful experience.
