Clean property; friendly staff
We really enjoyed the clean rooms and the gourmet food. A unique thing about them is their extremely friendly staff; They provided kits for the nearby hot springs. I want to thank Danial Olievra and his team for taking care of us.

An amazing place to go and visit once in your lifetime, had wonderful experiences.
As a couple we actually went for our 3 course meal and we was served by name call Cecilia and she was absolutely amazing young lady, as we spoke only an English Language we thought we have difficulties to read the menu but as we started talking to Cecilia in English she was really good to explain to us in English very well, She stood by us very closely in case we needed any kind of help. She was amazingly doing her job, and she was perfect 👌 young lady.

The experience at Sumaq Machu Picchu hotel was fantastic. The staff helped us arrange our trip to Machu Picchu in all aspects. Airport pick up, car to the train, train tickets, pick up at train station to go to hotel. The rooms and service were spectacular with every detail to make us comfortable taken care of. They arranged the tour and made sure that we enjoyed all of the meals. Even packed us a lunch for the train ride to the airport. Every detail with service was impeccable and the meals exquisite! We will return here as soon as possible. Faustino was an awesome waiter resolving every question or good concern.

Perfection
Fantastic food, beautifully presented using varied local produce. Our waitress Cecilia explained all the ingredients used with enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism. The setting of the dining room was extremely ambivalent and myself and my friend enjoyed every mouthful of our three course lunch
