Perfect. Unforgettable. Memorable. Friendly.
Everything was perfect. The staff stand out as one of the best I ever met. They are all so helpful, from the moment I checked in till I left everyone was fantastic. The front desk, the concierge, the breakfast staff, the bell captains, everyone was amazing. Any request I had was handled in minutes. The hotel is a lovely cozy and warm hotel. Facilities are great, the hotel is well kept and the location is perfect. I am already recommending it to ANYONE I know going to Madrid. I really can’t wait to go back.

Pleasant experience
My best Madrid experience because of the hotel staff. They made our stay pleasant in every way they could. Area was quite in the heart of Salamanca. Close to all points of interest. Don't think it can get any better.

Cute boutique hotel
The Bless Hotel is a cute boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. Check-in was smooth, the concierge recommended great spots and were able to secure last minute tickets. The room itself was ok, not well lit, with a colomn running through the room. The second level got a bit noisy from the bar downstairs. The bathroom situation is not the best. The curtains in the bathroom are see-through, too much light especially during the middle of the night when one wants to use the facilities. The housekeeping staff were by far the friendliest and attentive and kept the room tidy. Everyone else was just ok. SLVJ at night is vibey and great dinner options (sushi). Breakfast buffet was ok, not worthy. Overall, I would recommend the hotel 4/5. For the neighborhood and listing on several sites the value is ok. I recommend a higher floor.

Wonderful hotel in the Salamanca area of Madrid. We loved the hotel hotel tub and sauna rooms. The rooftop bar has great views of the city.

Excellent experience overall. The location, the staff, the property, the quietness and boutique style at the same time great rooftop spot upstairs.. All the details comes together to make it a great option.
