Hesperia Madrid

My location is perfect place to relax it’s not too noisy I feel comfortable. I sleep well… Excellent staff so friendly… Yummy food. The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt. They clean my room and bathroom every day and make sure my towel is newly change and my mini bar they check frequently if I still have coffee and so on. Thank you so much for the fantastic service.

I stayed at the Hyatt Hesperia Madrid from April 28 to May 3. Unfortunately, I couldn’t check in on the first day due to a blackout in Spain that disrupted my flight schedule. Thankfully, check-in on the following days went smoothly. The room was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job throughout most of the stay. However, on the last day, the room wasn’t cleaned and the complimentary water wasn’t replenished. I also asked to borrow a bottle opener at the front desk, but the staff member directed me to the bar instead—which felt a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was good. The hotel has a lot to offer, and I would consider staying again.

The hotel is right next to a metro stop (Gregorio Maranon), so it was easy to get around, as well as go to the airport. The best thing about this hotel are the people, especially Eva. She has such a nice personality, and was very helpful with good advice on things to do, transportation, restaurants …so nice to come back to the hotel after a busy day and be greeted with a smiling face and someone who cares. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, close to many restaurants (Serrano street), and very clean. The breakfast is a bit high (25 Euros), but there are many alternatives in the area. Highly recommend!

Hyatt Hesperia Madrid is a “find” amongst the many choices of hotels within Madrid. The Hesperia is probably one of the best values available. You are within walking distance to many key locations, or just minutes by taxi. The lobby and lobby bar are very welcoming, and staff ready to please. And you will be completely surprised by their breakfast! Whatever you may eat for breakfast, it is available on the buffet or on the menu. Make sure you leave ample time to eat before heading out to your meeting or sightseeing. The rooms are very comfortable and the marble bathrooms are well appointed. And you will of course have all the Hyatt amenities at your disposal.

This is a fantastic hotel for a trip to the Bernebau. Its in easy walking distance of the stadium, and the facilities and staff are lovely. It was particularly helpful to have the business centre. Breakfast was nice too. And Arsenal won !!!!!
