Very nice discovery
Small boutique hotel in the city center, location! Very attentive, friendly and accommodating staff. Very nice bar, terrace and michelling start restaurant on site. Part of Derby small group of hotels, have art exposition across the hotel, some permanent and some rotating, making them special in my view. If you like small discoveries with great service away from large chains, this is a superb choice (Minibar is included and restocked during the day to your liking) Would recommend and stay again in the future.

Great hotel, easy to walk everywhere
We loved Hotel Urban! Very cool and stylish hotel in a bustling touristy area in Madrid. The neighborhood is very busy but we were not in Madrid very long so it was the perfect place for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurants and shopping steps from the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and the service at the hotel was impeccable, everyone treated us so well. We loved the breakfast buffet! Highly recommend booking a rate with the breakfast included, it’s worth it!

L'hotel Urban si trova in una posizione eccellente, in centro, a pochi passi di distanza da Calle de Alcalà , Sol e Paseo del Prado. E' un hotel elegante, stiloso, silenzioso e di dimensioni contenute, quindi nessuna ressa ma un'atmosfera rilassante. Lo staff è molto professionale e disponibile: reception, direzione, camerieri, maitre, front man. La colazione è eccellente. Abbiamo viaggiato in 4, prenotando due stanze Superior. Le stanze hanno una dimensione adatta e le abbiamo trovate molto pulite. Bagno elegante e accessoriato (inclusa la piastra per i capelli). Da valutare l'affaccio. Una delle due stanze era affacciata su una stradina laterale silenziosa, mentre l'altra su un piccolo cortile interno, silenzioso ma non bello. Corridoi profumati, ascensori panoramici, terrazza con piscina e bar (era però chiusa al momento della nostra visita). C'è un elegante bar nella hall e un ristorante stellato che, però, non abbiamo provato. In generale tornerei all'Urban per un prossimo soggiorno a Madrid.

We have traveled numerous times to Spain's capital city, but this was a unique experience. Hotel Urban is not only a five-star hotel but one that possesses the utmost class. We were handled with service that cannot be fully described, and everywhere we turned there was style and statement. We consider Hotel Urban our home away from home.
