Very good hotel, located in the center of Madrid. Reception organization as well as support for finding the right way to visit Madride is excellent. I suggest it.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the location perfect for walking almost everywhere and the staff is very nice and helpful. We had a beautiful room on the top floor that felt almost like a Swiss chalet with the wood work and slanted ceiling. It is very well appointed with quality coffee/espresso maker and fine teas with tea kettle, along with bathroom amenities. The buffet breakfast and a la carte menus are quite fine. We booked the room with Amex Platinum - did not get upgraded and did not get a complimentary breakfast - although we did get a $100 credit to use for F&B - that covered 1 1/2 breakfasts for each couple. The concierge was very helpful. We asked her to book us admission and an audio tour for the Prada, which she said she did. Apparently she booked us admission but the additional $16 she charged for the four of us was an undisclosed VIG (charge for the hotel) and not the audio tour, which apparently can only be booked at the museum itself. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

We reported concern over dirty laundry but the hotel said it was chocolate! Either way, it certainly wasn't us, but i suppose a kinder mini bar (in its wrapper) on the side table provided the opportunity to question. See the picture, how can you get drips of chocolate - especially as it appeared to be blood. I don't think you could make a stain like that from chocolate if you tried? the argument made by the hotel is that it can be towel wiped and it comes off. How does that matter to us, the laundry was not soiled by us. We will update the saga Bar that the breakfast was good and the hotel's location is good. it's a shame as the hotel so far has been fine otherwise

Wonderful boutique hotel in quiet location. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly; Loredana, Airo & Dana in particular. Breakfast was excellent also. Beds very comfortable. Location just minutes from key locations & shops. Would highly recommend.
