Good location
Service was wonderful. Lady at the reception spent time to walk us through history of the hotel. Bellboy was helpful. Room service was good, towels changed everyday. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion provided. Excellent location; we walked everywhere and there's food everywhere. Room is NOISY in the early mornings and weekend late nights. We had a room facing the church along the street.

Madrid Visit
The NH Collection Palacio de Tepa in Madrid exceeded our expectations in every way, from the bellhop who greeted us at the door, to the reception staff and the restaurant staff. All the employees went out of their way to make our stay feel special. Reception arranged for a paella dinner and our waitress, Veronica, made us feel like family. Upon giving our compliments to the Chef, we had contact with two Chefs that were so inviting and appreciative. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean. The rooms have everything you would need. The NH Collection Palacio de Tepa is located in a great location near wonderful food, shopping and the subway. We will return, but not soon enough!

I stayed at NH Palacio de Tepa in Madrid and it was an amazing experience. It’s a five-star hotel with an unbeatable location. My room was incredible – it was a two-story suite, beautifully designed and very comfortable. The service was impeccable throughout my stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide and complete selection every morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.
