A wonderful find
Fabulous stay at the NH Tepa, truly a home away from home with fabulous attention and service from start to finish. From a warm welcome and upgraded suite on arrival we were made to feel like royalty. Great reception, great restaurant service and in particular, and what we needed most, for our cultural and culinary visit to Madrid, was the friendly attention, knowledge and skill of the delightful Guest Relations team! Nuria and Alaine were both superb, they guided us superbly across Madrid aided by regular WhatsApp check-ins with us to make sure we were on the right track! Nuria even came into work early on her day off to bid us ‘Adios’ ! We could ask no more!! Were we sad to leave… yes we were, will we return …. In a heartbeat !!! This place has been such a great find our stay will last long in the memory! Thank you one and all.

Wonderful hotel in Madrid!
Excellent location, super friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, our go to in Madrid. The A/C works, which is not always the case in other hotels.

TOP NOTCH
Palacio de Tepa perfectly represents the capital city of Spain with its luxurious yet understated interiors and the effortless hospitality of its staff. Not only is the building itself a beauty, it is ideally situated on a lovely plaza to enjoy all that Madrid has to offer in an authentically Spanish way. The hotel is immaculately kept, its public spaces are truly elegant, and our room was absolutely stunning. All of the staff was wonderful. Núria in Guest Relations shined bright with her impeccable service and attention to detail in ensuring our stay was a memorable experience. The breakfasts were extensive and delicious with a gracious staff welcoming us each morning. Much thanks to Veronica and Nicholas at the restaurant for their exceptional service. Concierge was excellent as was all of the front desk staff where Kamal always offered great help and insight for whatever our needs might have been. When traveling the hotel definitely sets the tone, and Palacio de Tepa is AAA+++. Thank you all for a great experience. We absolutely loved it and we will definitely be back! This was our first time to stay at an NH Collection and we will be sure to choose the brand again due to how impressive our stay with the Palacio de Tepa was.
