NH Collection Madrid Paseo del Prado overlooks the landmark Neptune fountain in Huertas, a neighborhood teeming with shops, restaurants and cafés. The location of this regal hotel is its prize feature – it’s only a 15-minute walk from Atocha station, which connects the city with high-speed trains. In the evening, don’t stray far: Paco Roncero’s hip tapas bar is a neighborhood destination.

Perfect location near the Prado Museum and Parque Del Buen Retiro. Outstanding staff who were very welcoming and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Beautiful room with jacuzzi, balcony, and a view of the Neptune Fountain. I definitely hope to return one day.

I appreciate my past stays here, but I experienced a few hiccups this time. The air conditioning didn’t keep up overnight, making our room a little toasty, and the location near the stairs added some noise from guests coming and going. Also, a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the shower would definitely enhance the experience! The staff were understanding and apologized at checkout, but I believe there are great opportunities for improvement. I genuinely hope they consider this feedback, as I see incredible potential for this place to shine even brighter. A small gesture like a discount would have been a nice touch after such a challenging night! Looking forward to seeing the future upgrades!

Excellently located hotel with ease of transportation to all of Madrid. Service staff was friendly and professional as were the staff in the restaurant / bar / lounge. Room was impeccably clean and with a number of amenities, not the least was an outstanding bed! Could have used softer towels in bathroom, but that's just nitpicking. Highly recommended.

A nice hotel in a totally convenient location if museums are on your agenda. Its directly across from the Prado and down the block from the Thyssen Museum. The neighborhood includes loads of restaurants and bars and is lively in the evening.

The staff are the best asset of this hotel. We travel all over Europe, Asia and North America and can compare accommodations. We've stayed at luxury boutique and chain hotels. Reception, guest relations, baggage porters, maintenance technicians are pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic. And the serve staff at breakfast - -super! They all handled a technical glitch in the airconditioning system with admirable calm and efficiency. It's a relatively small hotel excellently situated across the Thyssen-Bornemisza, Prado and a short 6 to 15 minute walk to trains, shopping, cafes. Good leafy parks nearby for walkers and joggers. And for those so-inclined to visit, meditate, pray or attend service, there is a small Catholic Church literally around the corner, Basilica de Jesus de Medinacelli. We stayed 4 nights.
