Spent on week at the Palace Hotel. Loved every second of it. It has maintained its classic appeal and added great service to it. Breakfast in the dome is fantastic and drinks at the bar are exquisite. The bar staff is particularly welcoming. Have stayed at other luxury hotels in Madrid, they are all excellent but the Palace would be an easy choice when returning

We absolutely loved our stay here. The doormen are sweet and helpful, check in was friendly and quick and all wait staff were friendly. Our rooms were enormous with massive, comfortable beds. The bathrooms were large, with a beautiful mosaic in the shower, soft towels and wonderful products. Full-size night tables, a little sofa and table, great closet space and Nespresso machine. Breakfast in the Cupula was delightful, with an enormous selection of fresh food - lots of fruit, hot dishes, pastries, fresh-carved Jamon Iberico, Chinese food, waffles, crepes, Tortilla Espana, eggs, beans, bacon - everything! The Cupula is lovely at night for a drink as is the 27 club. At the 27 club we took the waiter's suggestion to try their version of a French 75 cocktail, which included violet syrup, a common flavoring in Madrid. Great location right across the street from both El Prado and the Thyssen-Bornemizsa museums. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Upon check-in, I expressed my gratitude to Gabriella at the reception. She was attentive to our stay satisfaction and ensured that our needs were met. Especially, when she learned that our trip was a special occasion, our honeymoon, she elevated our experience at The Palace to a luxurious and memorable level. Thank you, Gabriella, for making our honeymoon trip in Madrid unforgettable. Alejandra, Claudio, Evana, and Michael at La Cúpula Restaurant & Bar were equally exceptional. Alejandra had an uncanny ability to anticipate our needs before we even asked. However, there were a few highlights that needed to be mentioned. The air conditioning in our room was randomly adjusting the temperature without a preset. I had reported this issue to the reception, who informed me that their maintenance team had resolved it. Unfortunately, I checked out the night I was informed, and the issue persisted. I had to repeat the complaint to the reception, but unfortunately, it wasn’t resolved. I let it go since it had been reported twice without a positive response. Another area that the hotel should pay attention to is the room’s security. One night, I went downstairs to pick up food from Uber. As I was entering the elevator heading back to my room, a drunk individual was in the elevator and took some time to exit before letting me in. I managed to enter and head back to my room. I asked my wife to lock the door from inside to ensure that the room was safely unaccessible when locked. Unfortunately, the room was accessible even when it was locked from inside. I had to lie to my wife that it was safely locked because she gets easily scared. Despite these issues, I want to express my gratitude to the hotel and its staff for making our honeymoon trip remarkable. I look forward to visiting again and experiencing the same level of exceptional service.

Luxurious, immaculate, newly renovated property filled with gorgeous chandeliers, stained glass and marble with comfortable rooms and modern necessities. It is well situated near many sites yet quiet for sleeping as our room faced the courtyard. Restaurant and bar servers are very attentive and friendly; the breakfast buffet accommodates all and is not to be missed. There is a small outdoor terrace near the fitness center; a lovely spot in which we enjoyed our anniversary Cava. Guests can sign up with the concierge for a complimentary evening cocktail tasting in 27 Club Bar, the site of remarkable past guests such as Hemingway and Dali. Our bartender not only described the notable drinks, he also provided a fascinating history of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Just returned from 5 night stay in junior suite at Westin Palace Madrid. Breakfasts were excellent as was the dinner. The front desk was very helpful, room comfortable, spacious and well equipped with luxury bath and delightful bed. Service outstanding. Overall, a first class hotel in Madrid. Five nights was just the right amount of time to see Madrid and surrounding sights. This was an excellent value through LL.

My husband and I traveled to Madrid this year and had booked a room at the Westin Palace for three nights. They put us on the special VIP guest floor in a spacious deluxe room with a magnificent marble bathroom and view of the city. If that wasn't enough, they also included a sumptuous breakfast buffet!

The Westin Palace, Madrid, was grand and our accommodations pure luxury. And their dining room served the best roast lamb in town.

I can't say enough about the Westin Palace Hotel-Madrid in Spain. Everything was superb. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I thought that the service was first-rate. Throw in perfect weather like I had and you have the ultimate Madrid experience.
