This is NOT a 4 star hotel. It is rather a low cost, dated, ugly, cheaply furnished hotel. It’s more like an overpriced hostel. The common areas look cheap and dated too, the only nice area is actually off limits to guests. Breakfast has good selection of fruit but all pastries are store bought and its served in an, again, cheap looking, dungeony area. The ho(s)tel lacks all the service and amenities of even a 3 star hotel. The only good thing is the location and there is actually a nicer hotel a block away. Really bad price/quality ratio. Overall a really bad stay. Don’t believe in the astonishingly good reviews like I did, they have to be fake. If you are looking for a 4 star hotel, stay away.

It's a great family friendly hotel! The staff is awesome and the room are great! Excellent location! The room are very comfy and the a/c works great! Even in August with temperatures reaching 40C outside.

Very handy to bus restaurants and sightseeing spots. Staff were very friendly and helpful and bar & breakfast were good. Room size adequate - overlooking park.

Our last hotel on our European summer tour. The room was cool and comfortable. Quiet at night with a comfy bed and pillows. Shower was really nice. Breakfast was very good, fresh and hot with the usual buffet suspects, eggs and bacon/sausages, grains and cereals, breads and pastries and a whole array of lovely fresh fruits, meats and cheeses. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is situated very centrally to many sights, gardens, restaurants and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again. Bitter sweet as it’s the end of our adventure, but a fantastic city and a fantastic hotel.

Excellent location and very clean! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We are a family of 3 (teenage daughter) and had a room with a pull out that was very comfortable and spacious. Shower was excellent and the A/C worked very well! Definitely recommend staying here - great value for the cost!
