Perfect location/impeccable service
Incredible experience at this hotel. We stayed for our honeymoon and the service was impeccable. Specifically, Rafael made our stay very memorable as he was always available to help. Perfect location, rooms were very nice, amazing comfortable bed. Highly Recommend!

Wonderful days in Madrid
My wife and I spent a few wonderful days at The Principal Madrid and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is beautifully designed and perfectly located in the heart of the city. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding team — everyone was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive. We will always fondly remember the delicious breakfasts and the relaxing afternoons on the stunning rooftop terrace. A truly special place that we can highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the Principal Madrid
My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel. The people really try to get to know you and call you by your name. Every morning we went for breakfast. Rafael was there with a smiling face asking us if we had a good night and asking us if we wanted a coffee. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. Our room was very comfortable and we slept great each night. Thanks everyone for a wonderful day. We will miss you guys, but hopefully we’ll be back soon.
