Fantastic stay
We had an amazing stay at the Thompson Madrid from 15/10-18/10. The entire staff from the front desk, to the food and beverage teams at the restaurant, pool bar and lobby bar were fantastic. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. The guest experience team was wonderful in helping us plan our days. The rooftop pool has amazing views and is well designed. We would highly recommend this well located property.

Beautiful hotel, great location, great service.
Beautiful hotel. We booked a king deluxe room . Very spacious with gorgeous furnishings. Everyone working was very kind and welcoming. We even received stuffed bears for our two small kids. Hôtel was exceedingly well located. Rooftop pool was gorgeous. We went in tue fall so it was never crowded and easy to find pool loungers. The area is quite small so in the summer it would probably get very crowded with no where to sit. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from on the menu. One note for families. All rooms except the presidential suite are blocked to any party for more than two. I can only guess as to why a hotel would do that and it’s to discourage family travel. This is a very disappointing turn of events and one in which I hope hotel management reverses.
