Stay if you can - but even if you don’t stay, try the lobby bar!
Wonderful stay. Staff, concierge, were all excellent. Located in central Madrid which permits walking to all the major museums, shopping and other attractions. Special shout out to Raul at the Lobby Bar - very knowledgeable and provided first class service. Perhaps the best martinis I’ve ever had! He made me several different versions during my 5-day stay with different types of gin, including a few drops of his own secret ingredient. They were all to die for!! Highly recommend!!

Home away from home!
The hotel was truly a 10 out of ten from start to finish. The staff were exceptional; warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming and friendly. They gave us great restaurant recommendations. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. Very quiet room with no street noise. Location is perfect with just a short walk to restaurants, shops and Madrid’s top attractions. We travel to Madrid twice a year and have stayed in many different places over the yeas and we have finally found our home away from home!

Fantastic hotel. Well located in the centre of Madrid, near the Puerto del Sol. Walking distance to many major attractions, such as the Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace and the Gran Via. Beautiful daily breakfast, very helpful staff. I would definitely stay again.

Central location and walking distances to everything
The location of the hotel is great and makes it convenient for all major attractions. Lots of great restaurant and shopping within walking distance. It sits right on a square which makes it a lot nicer if you have a room with a balcony facing it. The rooms are well equipped and is spacious considering European hotel room sizes. Excellent service.

One of the best hotels in Madrid! Their staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are nothing short of spectacular. I will stay at this hotel whenever I visit Madrid. Easily one of my top 5 favorite hotels in the world!
