José Luis made our stay truly special. The hotel is beautiful, in a great location, and the rooms are very comfortable. But what stood out most was José Luis’s amazing care and attention. He went above and beyond during our four-day stay and made us feel like family. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Madrid.

A good choice
It’s located in the city center, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The rooms are very clean, with housekeeping twice a day. The hotel is modern, featuring objects that make it feel almost like a museum. The breakfast area offers a wonderful view that makes it hard to leave. Breakfast is à la carte, of good quality, though we would have preferred to also have a buffet option. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Wonderful Staff & Great Location
Fantastic staff! Very helpful and genuinely caring. Location is great with easy walk to many area points of interest. The terrace room is worth getting as it has a large space for eating and sitting. Beautiful view over the main outdoor plaza. Rooms and property are well maintained. Shower was very nice and comfortable.
