A perfect hotel for Madrid
Ideally located in the heart of Madrid, The URSO hotel is a perfect hotel for relaxation and to explore the city. Great staff, comfort rooms and a very good restaurant

Excellent hotel in quiet area of Madrid
Great rooms, quiet location, about 20-30mins walk to museums and palace etc, Top staff, special call out for Luciano, who were so friendly and helpful. Unlike other reviews, I loved the firm mattress and the quiet location meant I slept like a log (English colloquialism for extremely well). Good gym and there was a small spa and steam room as well (not included in the standard rate and not suitable for children). Also, while we gave 5* based on our experience, we didn’t eat in the hotel so no comment on that aspect. IMO, if you want to be right by the ‘action’ or don’t like walking in the hot months (downhill to the centre / uphill back) then this probably isn’t the place for you. Otherwise 👍👍👍👍👍

A Hidden Jewel
Urso Hotel is worth every penny. Nice rooms, clean, neat, excellent kind staff. Simply a must try! The location is excellent as well. Justicia is one of my favorite neighborhoods, centrally located and surrounded by very good restaurants, shops, bars and markets. My last review in here was a few years ago, and Urso Hotel made do it again. Thank you to Maria, Beatriz and the nice staff at the Bar and Valet.🙌

This is a lovely hotel with a great included breakfast. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue is the beds which are hard as the cement pavement. I like a firm bed. However, these beds have absolutely no give to them at all. We both woke with sore backs daily. Other than that, out stay was good.

A Great Option for Madrid
Comfortable rooms. A double with a roll-away worked well for 3 adults. Well-located. Service was great all around. High-quality dining, including a great breakfast. Only drawback was the fitness center, which was too small.
