Jederzeit wieder
Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war sehr schön, direkt auf den Rhein, das Frühstück war Oberlecker. Die Betten sehr bequem, Zimmergröße mehr als ausreichend, das Bad Tip Top. Das einzige was nicht so gut war, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, Für Klamotten gibt es wenig Platz

Sehr herzlicher Service
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hyatt Regency in Mainz – ich war mit meinen zwei Kindern dort. Es war rundum besonders: Das Zimmer war schön, das Frühstück großartig und das Servicepersonal unglaublich herzlich und freundlich. Auch den Aufenthalt im Schwimmbereich haben wir sehr genossen. Ein echtes Highlight war die handgeschriebene Geburtstagskarte mit einer Schokolade als Überraschung – eine liebevolle Geste, die mich sehr berührt hat. Vielen herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fantastic hotel…alway love staying here. The location is great. The food at the hotel is amazing especially the breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean,some with very nice views of the river. I look forward to my next stay.

Sehr gerne wieder
Freundliches, aufmerksames Personal, Große und gepflegte Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber. 1A Frühstück. Direkt am Rhein gelegen mit schöner Aussenterasse am Fluß. Parken in der Tiefgarage mit ordentlich viel Platz zu einem moderaten Preis. Prädikat: sehr empfehlenswert.

Hotel is on excellent location on river waterfront. Hotel is near to city center by walk. All services are on high level. Room is super big so you can organize your things on easy way. Underground garage is big plus. Full recommendation for business meetings.
