Extremely attractive all inclusive resort in a low impact tiny atoll, quite in pristine natural enviroment conditions. Ideal for families. Perfect, carefully mantained and remarkably clean structure, common areas, services and beach, dive, snorkel facilities.Up to date villas, many of them, when on-shore (not all) with direct access to wide portions of velvet beach and cristal sea. Sumptuous all inclusive food plan with free champagne and high level wines , alcohols and cocktails. Friendly and committed team granting personal and tailor made relationship with customers. Finally, the standing ovation goes to all the restaurants and their staffs, really exceeding any high demanding expectation.

Went to baglioni in December to experience Italian hospitality. Had really high expectations but was disappointed with the behaviour of the staff. The island is small and very beautiful. Rooms are good too with aqua theme. On arrival we were greeted with coconut water and champagne. The pool bar is the heart of the island, we’re we got amazing cocktails, Bellinis and mimosa’s. The breakfast buffet had quiet a few options and catered to all needs. The pool bar has some great finger food and dessert options which we tried for lunch. Dinner at umami and gusto was exquisite. The food served at gusto especially is amazing! Still lingers in my tongue. The pool is very beautiful but looks amazing around sunsets. It was customary for me to sip cocktails and watch sunset at the pool bar. Special mention to Ismile who always attended us at the bar. He was very polite and caring to us and made us new cocktails everyday. Aya was really helpful and took care of us throughout the trip with booking of restaurants etc. Italian staff working in the resort are very rude. They don’t have the politeness to greet,forget hospitality. The Italian guys in the pool bar are specially rude, they only smile at the Italian guests. I asked for a cocktail he plain and simple ignored my order. They act as if they own the place and I have done a mistake coming there. Tbh I did feel discriminated as an Indian there I won’t lie about that. They should be polite and courteous to all not just Italian guests. We did not come there for free to take their stupid ego and attitude. This wasn’t expected from a resort like baglioni. Wile returning we waited in the lobby for 2 hours. TMA sea plan was late. We eventually missed our flight. Neither TMA or baglioni refunded us the amount of our air tickets. Because it wasn’t our fault, it was the resort and airline personal tie up. We suffered as guests by repaying again for our tickets. They asked if we had insurance etc which we didn’t so they said no refund if you have no insurance. To conclude, the place is really pretty with good food, drinks etc even some staff are quiet sweet like Aya and Ismile. But most Italian staff in baglioni are rude. I kept quiet there because I didn’t want to spoil my mood.

The reception was as warm as always, already when arriving in Malé!, and Ambe, who personally attended to us throughout our stay, was excellent. We were fortunate to stay in both the Family Beach Villa and the largest Overwater Villa. The rooms were flawless, the service was perfect, and nothing was lacking. The Overwater Villas are a true experience, thanks to the nearby house reef where snorkeling reveals a vibrant and well-maintained world of colors. The dive center is perfectly organized, with various activities available for booking. The four restaurants are phenomenal and maintain top-tier standards, with approachable chefs offering everything from live cooking and authentic Italian, to sushi and Arabic cuisine—absolutely nothing is missing. The island is impeccably maintained. In the evenings, there’s a small entertainment program, and the bar serves every kind of cocktail imaginable (all included). The days flew by. It was a pleasure to reunite with many staff members, which speaks volumes about the resort’s operation. A huge thank you goes to the management, Monica and Victor, who are key to leading this resort. Special thanks to Monica, who bravely enhanced the island with a fantastic concept. Our vacation at Baglioni Maldives was unbelievably amazing. Not only are the views as gorgeous as what you see online, but the staff is composed of the most wonderful people. They went out of their way at every step to make us feel welcome & spoiled! Everything was phenomenal from check in to check out! It was well worth the 23hr trip to get there!!

This resort is 5 stars!!! What an amazing experience! All services were excellent! Our room was amazing and Joynal kept it spotless 2x everyday! Megan, Alex, Ishmal, Margaret, Vel, and the entire pool bar staff were fantastic!! All of the staff were friendly and welcoming! Great Job, we can’t thank you all enough for an incredible experience and vacation! See you all soon!
