The housekeeping team did an incredible job keeping everything spotless and comfortable. The Spanish chef made every meal a delightful experience — everything was simply perfect! The Ritz Carlton Is a gem of the Maldives! The beauty of the beaches, villas and its team of people that are truly gifted in their attentiveness and passion for what they bring to their guests! Our Aris Meeha, Buny was exceptional in his care and our room attendant Mango was wonderful and made our stay both comfortable and welcoming each day! We didn’t want to leave this magical place! Immaculately curated each day, we had all we could ask for in our home away from home as that is how we felt each day. With hand over heart we extend our grateful thank you to the Ritz Carlton Fari Islands team who cared for us during our stay. Buny, Mango, Assou, Chef Mohammed, Katyid, Chef at the Beach Shack who made the best tacos I have ever had, and so many more who gave us a trip of our life.. we will be back as this place has a magical appeal and a very special place in our hearts Grateful hearts ~ G & L

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Maldives and it was honestly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The property is breathtaking, the water is crystal clear, the design is beautiful, and there’s so much privacy everywhere you go. When I arrived, Abu the manager made everything smooth and easy. Even though I got in early, he arranged a villa right away so I could start enjoying the day. On the day I was leaving, he ensured I had another villa to use after checkout so that I could shower, relax, and take my time before leaving. That level of care isn’t something you find at most resorts, and it made a huge difference. Malika, my Aris Meeha (butler), was so amazing during my stay. She was always checking in and handling every detail before I even thought about it. Her personal touches really made me feel cared for. She was warm, thoughtful, and just genuinely an amazing help during my stay. I also want to give a big shout-out to Tholal, the resort photographer. He took beautiful photos that I know I’ll cherish forever, and he made the whole experience fun and professional. He’s super talented and a kind person. The hotel itself is paradise, the private villas, gorgeous views everywhere you walk, and staff who truly care about making your stay special. I left my unbelievable honeymoon stay feeling refreshed, spoiled, and already wishing I could book a return trip. I cannot recommend this place enough!

She made sure that we have the best experience; and we did! The service provided for us made us think that we were the only persons in the resort.

The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands Our third trip to the Maldives… and undoubtedly our favorite yet. From the moment we arrived, the Ladies & Gentlemen of @ritzcarltonmaldives went above and beyond — celebrating Mrs. Faust’s birthday, the kid’s very first Maldivian adventure, and Mr. Faust’s milestone achievement as a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite. There were thoughtful surprises at every turn — from a private champagne sabering complete with a drum performance in our private villa to “100” stays celebratory pancakes at breakfast, and even a beautifully presented trophy to mark the Ambassador milestone. Each gesture felt deeply personal and genuinely heartfelt. We split our stay between a sunset overwater villa and a sunrise beach villa — both with private pools and impossibly beautiful views. Turquoise lagoons stretched endlessly before us and the calm we felt there was unlike anything else — restorative, grounding, and pure peace. This late, low season trip meant sunny days and soft afternoon showers — perfectly timed for naps. We snorkeled with turtles, rays, and reef sharks, and the crystal-clear, warm lagoon made every swim feel surreal. The dining experiences were exceptional — world-class cuisine. We kept going back for the delicious Japanese cuisine at Eau Bar and enjoyed a special starlit dinner there as well. The kids club and recreation center provided top notch fun for little and big kids alike! Our butler, Anth, deserves special mention. Her kindness, anticipation, and thoughtful surprises elevated every moment. From personalized bike nametags to birthday magic, she created experiences we’ll never forget. Pro Tips: The sunrise side of the island opens to the ocean and is where you can see most of the sea-life. Highly recommend splitting your time between the over water and beach villas. The beach villas offer more privacy with your own beach cove, but there is also something spectacular about waking up to nothing but vast ocean views from your bed. We wish we had tried some of the group excursions. If you are there during low season you just might end up with a private experience. She Said: Every detail felt intentional, every moment felt special — it was perfection in paradise. He Said: When they handed me a trophy for my newly awarded Ambassador Elite status, I realized… this might be the pinnacle of my travel career to date. The Kid Said: Everyone who works there knew my name! I made so many friends — I didn’t want to leave.
