About the Hotel
Mallorca, Spain is an idyllic island adrift in the Mediterranean, and has long been a popular destination with Europeans. Cradled by the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains along the island's northwest coast is the spectacular Belmond La Residencia. In addition top its plush rooms and suites, this exquisite hotel hosts an art gallery with a collection of more than 85 works by artists that have all lived and worked nearby. Each unique guest chamber is also a work of art, with some featuring vaulted ceilings and crisp white walls, and others boasting antique furnishings and rough-hewn beams. Spacious suites, including one tucked in a watchtower rumored to have been built by the Templar Knights, are truly magnificent and feature picturesque postcard views.

Loud music festival - overshadowed our stay
We must have been the unluckiest guest ever that exactly the weekend we go to la Residencia there is an extremely Loud music festival happening, right in front of the hotel. Impossible to enjoy the evening at the hotel and absolutely impossible to sleep. Why on earth did the hotel manager not inform his guests about this festival so we would have known in advance. So disappointing,

Heaven is a Place Called La Residencia
Incredible, other-worldly setting (mountains, trees, walking paths, unreal views, the sea!) with beautifully maintained gardens, flowers, and ART throughout. Gorgeous property with unique and special touches - authentic to Spain/Mallorca with a world of amazing amenities. Excellent food, all served in breathtaking settings - in Cafe Miro, Son Fony (amazing breakfast spread) and of course El Olivo, where we enjoyed an impressive + gorgeous tasting menu / wine pairing. Highly recommend scheduling reservations to begin as sun is setting - incredible. And WOW, the service and staff: warm, genuine, incredibly professional, always helpful, definitely committed to service (we were made to feel very special every single day). Yes - all of this comes at a price, which can be hard to swallow. That said: it truly is one of my very best hotel experiences - and a phenomenal introduction to Mallorca!

Great place to stay! Amazing pool area
Great place to stay, amazing pool area and fantastic restaurants and singers. Very relaxing break. Would recommend visiting if you have the chance

Check your bill carefully at the end ,they often make big mistakes…..But they correct it right away They added a 90 euro laundry charge, but I didn't use the service. I was surprised and disappointed to find that bread and olive oil, which were served without my request, were added to my bill. It's worth noting for future patrons that this restaurant charges for these typically complimentary items."

Expectations exceeded
La Residencia exceeded expectations in every way, the staff, service, food and facilities. A fantastic experience for our family. We will return. Highly recommended. The pool and spa were the perfect place to unwind. Plus the cold plunge will clear your mind!
