My brother and his wife had a wonderful time during their stay at the hotel ! Great service ! Very friendly ! I sent a mail with birthday wishes to the hotel and they surprised her not only with my wishes but also with a birthday cake and a bottle of cava! Thanks a lot !

Superb hotel set in beautiful grounds with direct access to the beach. I stayed in a Red Level Supreme Front Seaview room to include breakfast for 5nts. Highly recommend the Don Pepe Gran Melia for a tranquil holiday. It’s a pleasant easy walk along the beach promenade into the centre for amazing shopping. The staff are all very friendly, attentive and exceed expectations. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay with them is perfect. I will certainly stay again at this beautiful hotel!

I spend 4 wonderful days in Don Pepe for my bridal trip! The staff payed so much attention to details and really helped to make me feel special I love the breakfast buffet! I highly recommend any type of stay there!! I cannot wait to go back with my future husband;-)

My first time in Marbella and is a nice place beautiful view and everything is good the pool,the bar but the rooms are really small and they could use an update on the bathroom. Also the inside of the building could use some TLC and get somebody to vacuum the stairs please.

We stayed in a sea view room( which we were upgraded to) in April and had a wonderful time despite not having great weather. (We have been at the same time for the last 3 years and had great weather). The position is great for both Marbella and Puerto Banus. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We asked for some milk for tea in the fridge on our first morning and it was replaced fresh each day of our stay without us asking. The hotel is very clean and modern with a relaxed feel. We relaxed by the pool each day and the pool attendants greeted us each day with towels and even laid them out and arranged the loungers how we wanted them. We ate at Bardot twice in the afternoon and had leisurely lunches. The staff were amazing, view was excellent and the food was also very good at a reasonable price. We have stayed in several hotels in Marbella and even the Melia at Banus but now wouldn’t stay anywhere but here on our future stays.
