Nobu Hotel Marbella

Overall, we enjoyed the property and the service, but unfortunately there was one incident that disturbed our experience. At around 2:30am during our stay, someone knocked on our door claiming to be from housekeeping and delivering dry ice. This unexpected disturbance woke us up in the middle of the night and left us feeling quite unsettled. It did not seem appropriate for staff to knock at that hour, especially without any prior request from us. We wanted to bring this to your attention so that you are aware and can ensure other guests do not encounter a similar situation in the future. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. We otherwise appreciated the hospitality and hope that this matter can be addressed.

Truly remarkable. From the moment we arrived the Nobu staff wowed. Pool options were fantastic. Beach access and food options on the property are unrivaled. My wife became sick near the end of our stay and the staff ran to a pharmacy to get her medication. Beyond grateful for this experience and for the hospitality.

The Nobu Hotel Marbella is my favorite hotel in Spain. The location, staff, amenities, restaurants, etc. are wonderful. I Look forward to my next visit. Where do I start? Yes, it's everything you've heard of AND MORE. I can't thank the staff at this property enough for one of my absolute best hotel stays EVER. (this is saying a lot as I travel for work) The property: Stunning. Every detail has been meticulously thought of, looked at and tweaked to perfection. -The guest rooms are immaculate, there's no corner of the room that isn't shined to perfection. It truly feels like you are walking to a brand new -never been used property. -The Grounds: If you are looking for a massive zen garden where you can leave all your stress from work, you want to come here. Walking around to get from restaurant to restaurant, to the pool, the spa etc. is an experience in itself. I have an eye for detail and to me the work on this property shows how much they care. Every plant every section with flowers, just gorgeous. It was lovely being there in a feeling seclusion from the rather busy tourist areas after exploring all day. Felt very relaxing. -The restaurants- EXCEPTIONAL Let's start with Chiringuito - had breakfast and lunch there and it was worth it 100% I recommend the Tuna tartar - blew me away. Next: Lena - by far one of the best meals I've had in my entire life. Can't recommend the avocado salad enough and I had the sirloin for lunch (6oz. I believe, and i don't remember ever loving a piece of steak that much ever before in my life. Can't wait for them to open their next US location soon. I'm already watching for it as it'll be conveniently located close to me) Lastly: Nobu - because c'mon you are there. How can you not? What's there to say, food is always amazing but the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Much nicer than here in the US. Seabreeze: Stunning views. excellent food and again, impeccable service. Only had breakfast here unfortunately but will be sure to try it for lunch next time. Let's talk now about the staff: This is where this property absolutely shines above everything else, Esti at reception desk, you made my vacation the dream i had hoped for and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for listening my requests and accommodating to the best of your abilities and beyond. You made my trip a dream turn into reality and I'm so grateful. There's two Pablos that are absolutely deserving of a mention here. Pablo at Bell Services- I've never seen anyone this happy to help you with your luggage and drive you around in the little golf cart. What a welcome!!!. Such a friendly, kind, helpful gentleman, gave me tons of tips for next trip to Spain too. Pablo at Guest Experiences desk- promote him to your sales team immediately. Pablo has a natural ability to identify what the guest is looking for and provide them with options. I'm grateful for his juggling of my ever changing restaurant reservations and helpful attitude. Very patient and helpful. Also eager to help you learn more about his beautiful country and provide tips for a successful next trip to Spain. Pablo i took notes of all your suggestions, and will be integrating your advice for future travel plans. Thank you! Spa: Elena- didn't get to meet her but was very helpful via email, Nuria who was kind enough to help with something I left behind, and my therapist who's name I can't find on my notes but was just wonderful. The Mediterranean breeze treatment is lovely btw if you are looking for something with local ingredients. Alejandro I believe has his name at check-out also wonderful. Very cordial and polite. They ensure you farewell is just as nice as your arrival. This in my opinion is so important because you feel valued as a client and it makes you want to return. Housekeeping: Never got to meet the ladies doing my room but they are incredible. The the management: Whatever you are doing to train your staff at this property is working! There wasn't a single interaction with your team that left anything to be desired. They are excellent at what they do and make a lasting impression. I will return. Thank you!

We were extremely disappointed. Quality of room and bathroom is very low- the level of a cheap hotel. Not a hotel at 1300 euros/night. Service was mediocre and slow. Housekeeping not good- room and bathroom not very clean, well serviced. Towels cheap.mattress and pillows cheap. Overall low quality. I will not stay again and will not recommend.
