We were upgraded here from another hotel where our booking had been cancelled. Pros - decent size rooms (big bed and two sofa beds) Food - whilst repetitive there is so much choice you eat different every day. Plenty of salad options and meat eaters will be happy. Usual kids fair (chicken nuggets, chips, mac n cheese) Afternoon snacks are basically leftover breakfast / lunch items. Drinks - cocktails are good and they don’t skimp on the alcohol. Cons - you need 100MAD deposit for each towel so guard that thread bare blue towel with your life Bathroom is a bit dated No plugs near the bed for charging phones The animation team do a good job and getting everyone to get involved but I object to being asked to write a review while relaxing round the pool for them to take a photo of. It maybe a thing management encourage but I’ve been asked 4 times now and it’s starting to annoy me.

We have spent a week at the hotel and have yet to find anything to fault. The hotel is clean and tidy the waiters are attentive and the animation team are amazing. From day 1 we were made to feel welcome and the guys on the team made a point of remembering all our names. They got us involved in activities and we loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend.

Had a great holiday in Eden resort, lots to do the animation team having been brilliant they all put a lot of effort in the whole holiday has been great would come back again, the excursion we did was quad biking which was only £30 each for half a day. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to the market which is chaos but it has everything you would expect

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Very tired and run down. Air conditioning didn't work properly. Pools aren't heated ( and are freezing, ditto the water park) Front desk staff are slow and disorganised at check in . Children's club is dire ( do not leave your children there unattended) Food is great, with plenty of choice. Hospitality staff are great.
