You can feel that hospitality is part of their culture. The May Fair is more than a hotel — it’s an experience. It has become my one and only choice in London.

Wonderful welcome at check in as always from Irina. It was busy at reception as I arrived, but the staff dealt with the small queue within a very short space of time. Very happy to return here and looking forward to enjoying the facilities on offer.

Totally a dump

What a mistake to stay here. The room carpet was stained and the walls were all scuffed. The decor was faux leather and tacky looking. The smell of the cleaning products made my husband nauseated. Why clean with such overpowering floral reeking products? Trash wasn’t emptied from previous guest when we first came into the room. All in all a hard pass.

I would just like to thank the front desk check in team and the restaurant team (breakfast) at the May Fair Radisson Hotel for their excellent service. I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and had a room pre-booked from the night before. I was directed to Vincent at front desk who wearing a Trainee badge (normally a cause for potential concern, delays, uncertainty etc) but he was amazingly efficient and professional in dealing with the check in process and a real credit to the hotel. The duty manager at the reception desk kept a kind and attentive eye (given she recognized me from my previous visits). I was checked in, upgraded and in my room within a flash of the eye At breakfast, the lady at reception ensured that I was given a quiet table so that I could work solo in preparation for a meeting and Pauline was outstanding in serving me during the breakfast period. I have come across Pauline on several occasions in the past and she is just first class and excellent in serving her clients. She works hard, is very efficient and I have to say that she keeps the whole breakfast process running nice and smoothly - again a real credit to the hotel and the service culture that you ingrained in your team members.
