This is our second trip to the PB Emerald Bay resort and we will come again as the service and people are absolutely incredible. We sit by the pool for hours each day and enjoy the activities. We always look for Jose Luis because he is fun, professional and constantly keeping us top of mind. He learns your daily pattern and is at your side throughout the day. We enjoy both the Bistro and Le Cordeliere - especially Adrianna who makes the best omelette at the omelette bar. Damian and Dario will always greet you in the morning with a huge smile and any juice you can imagine or what seems like the smoothest coffee you have ever sipped. Claudio can be counted on for great service and good laughter.

The spa and gym are wonderful! Try the Stretch class with Heriberto — beneficial and great for couples! We enjoyed it so much that we signed up for a 2nd class. I was so relaxed afterwards and my husband and friends were surprised at how much better they felt afterwards.

truly gorgeous buildings, lush green gardens, private beach, attentive staff. The beauty of the buildings was stunning ...a classic Mediterranean look. The beach is private, so no little seller people. But the staff served lunch or snacks on the beach. Great gym with daily classes. I've already booked my return visit

It is past due for an update. I made a reservation for Ocean View for 4 rooms. Only one was an Ocean View. I have tried for the last month to get a refund for the one room that I canceled and each time I call I am on hold for over 20 minutes then they drop the call.

My family and I are finishing up a stay at PB Emerald Bay. It has been incredible! We are lucky to have stayed in a villa in the PB Estates. The villa is beautiful and well-maintained. The grounds around the resort are as beautiful as ever. The resort is located right on the beach next to the Pacific Ocean. It is about as nice as can be. Most of our meals have been eaten out in town, but we have enjoyed two meals at The Bistro. The Bistro has consistently good food and great service. It is the perfect choice for those who have just arrived, are just leaving, or if you feel like a good meal without leaving the resort. One thing that alway impresses me about the resort is the level of security. I always feel that the security services are first rate and that they genuinely care about the safety of guests. Speaking of PB staff, as nice as the resort is, it is really the staff that make it what it is. A case in point is our housekeeper Mayra. Mayra has done an excellent job in making sure that we have everything we need and she wants to make sure we are happy with her work. I can say that her work is FANTASTIC, and we are very happy with her work. She is also very kind and always smiling. The kindness of the people at the resort - people like Mayra - are what make us want to return over and over again. Thanks Mayra! PB Emerald Bay is definitely our favorite among the PB group. We have stayed at PB Maz, Sunset Beach, Blanco and Rose. They are all good in their own way, but there is just something different and more special about PB Emerald Bay.
