Great hotel in a great location
I haven't tried a ton of hotels in Melbourne, but once I got to the Langham I didn't see any need to look elsewhere. Great room, great location, great amenities, awesome breakfast and compared to many other hotels in many other cities their room service and mini-bar offer high quality options at very reasonable prices ($24 for a half-bottle of Penfolds KH Cab-Shiraz from the mini-bar? i've never seen that low a price in a hotel)

A very relaxed and comfortable 3 days spent in this wonderful Hotel. Friendly staff, great rooms and just a very nice atmosphere.

exceptional experience and great service. The food was ok at the Melba, but we had higher expectations, however everything else was phenomenal

First Year Anniversary
No assistance, help or reply in fixing and sorting out our problem. Several phone calls and two e-mails and still didn't get a reply or problem sorted and fixed! Poor customer Service.

Simply the best
Just an incredible hotel with a very luxurious vibe. From the beautiful marble staircase, the huge chandelier, the biggest arrangement of flowers I have ever seen, the water fountains, the golden elevator doors and the scent of flowers in the air. The food in the Melba was absolutely delicious and there was an amazing selection to choose from for the buffet breakfast. The best hotel experience I have had to date 10/10
