Pan Pacific Melbourne

Great experience. We were upgraded from a club room to a suite, which was fabulous. We enjoyed the food and beverages at the club lounge. The gym was amazing. Fabulous equipment, very clean. Hotel is really well located and everything is in walking distance. A great stay, would recommend.

We booked a two bedroom city view room which was spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette and lounge area. Fabulous views from the large windows over the city and river. Great location next to a mall and short walking distance to a tram stop. Lovely riverside walks. We didn’t dine at the hotel, instead opted to eat out each day. Good coffee shop in the mall for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Melbourne city centre.

We stayed in one of the Yarra Suites with lounge access. This was a perfect way to end a long work trip in Australia. The Lounge has a great selection of food and drinks and offers a great view of the Yarra River and city skyline. You are walking distance to shops and great food selections.

My husband got this for me as a birthday present. From the moment we checked in till we checked out I was spoilt We were upgraded to a suite and it was amazing, got this deal through Luxury Escapes which included $25 daily dining credit. We used this on room service and it was so amazing. We had the triple sandwich and it was enough for the 2 of us We also got daily drinks included as well. We got access to the club lounge which again staff was amazing

Great hotel stay, all the staff were very helpful. Could not fault any aspect of the stay. We made full use of the club lounge upgrade, and the views from our 17th floor viewpoint were great. The bed was really comfortable and the room and bathroom were kept spotless for entire stay. Well done all the staff!
