GOOD: Gym, pool, location and bed comfort. BAD: The rooms and lifts are way too dark. Very poor lighting design everywhere. The room was clean, but corridors were not, and no attempt was made to vacuum an obvious mess outside my room for my entire stay. Lots of money seems to have been poorly spent on an edgy night club feel which might appeal to the younger demographic, but if you're over 50 (or want to be able to see anything) stay elsewhere.

Amazing experience and I don't have one bad thing to say about them. The room was amazing, the view was the best in Melbourne and their service and available room service was second to none. I will never ever stay anywhere else when I go to Melbourne.

Amazing service from the staff in the front line. Managers are very on top of any issues you face and quick witted. The female manager resolved my issue immediately when it was reported. Only disappointed with not having 24 hours in room dining and having to order food.

Superb hospitality service. Front desk staff was very attentive and friendly. When I had a slight issue, the duty manager follow up on the issue immediately. Very good and well trained staff. Only feedback is in room dining, a waste that it is not 24hours and main restaurant Lullo closes so early. We had to order takeaway online after our full day tour. We also had personally issue trying to connect our computer to the TV in the middle of the night but had to wait till the morning because no engineer was around. A little shocking for a 5 star hotel to not have 24 hours engineer and housekeeping. But all is well, very good stay and experience.
