The Guest House at Graceland

Too bad way too expensive for what you get. Really everything is expensive and money is being made everywhere. You pay a fortune for a hotel room. Then you get so-called free wifi but it immediately comes into view when you want to use it that if you want better wifi for streaming and uploading videos etc you can then take a paid version because the free version is very slow. This should simply be included in the expensive price also when you get to the room you think how nice 2 bottles of water wrong if you want to use them it costs you 6 dollars per bottle this is a shame. If you want something to drink from the vending machine in the hallway you pay 4 dollars. We were also there in the beginning when this hotel had only existed for a year but unfortunately it has become much worse than in the beginning. Watching tv in the room works half everything of elvis you can see but as soon as you want to watch something from the regular tv such as video services it stutters and the image also jerks you have to pay extra for that if you want to see movies hbo max is free but cannot be watched due to the poor quality. Everything is unfortunately poorly maintained bathroom lighting flickers because the lamps have malfunctions. sockets are worn out and no longer hold the plugs if you want to charge something or need power. the cleaning was good but during your stay I advise you if you are in the room, put the hook on the door. because the cleaning lady just walks in without knocking and is in your room. I had already read this on other reviews but thought it was not that bad so privacy is gone. And then the staff who sit uninterested behind their counter or in eateries at the entrances to bring people to their table are not really friendly look at you with a look of what do you want and have toothpicks in their mouths. and in terms of eating facilities there is too little and not enough for the guests. also the pool was also dirty and umbrellas that were torn which you just do not expect for the price you pay. at some point you see so many defects that you really think how much we paid for this that it is not worth.

Beautiful decor and super nice staff! The pillows were very soft but they give you plenty of them, so we doubled up! We had the breakfast buffet and all the food was very good. It was a very short walk to the other parts of Graceland, and they also have a shuttle service.

Nice place, clean, well kept. Rain shower is fantastic and fridge is convenient. Plenty of places to hang out. Restaurant menu a little ho Hum standard but doable. Grounds are well kept and hidden from the street. Staff all very nice and helpful.

Robert the manager saved the night!!! Their projection for the movie on Monday night was not working but then he made it all happen and we got to watch the Elvis 68 Comeback Special! Thanks, Robert. He made it possible and everyone was so happy! -Biagio

The Guest House Hotel was incredible - spacious and clean. The staff were friendly but also professional. Excellent food. Something for everyone at the buffet breakfast. Lovely pool area. No hesitation in recommending to family and friends.
