My husband and I went to Merida and were so happy with our boutique hotel choice. The rooms at Diez Diez are well designed and comfortable. The rooftop bar is beautiful at sunset! The location was exceptional—right off the Paseo de Montejo. The best part of the experience was the staff. Eduardo greeted us every day by name and made great selections for both our food and beverages. He is a delight, both personal and professional. He made our trip better! Viridiana was also cheerful and helpful at reception each day. All the staff was amazing. We will go back!

This was an Incredible experience!!. Eduardo was exceptional. He made us feel like we were his only Guest. I will come back just to be entertained by him. The food on the other hand was extremely delicious I was blown away. This restaurant is definitely under the radar. It was amazing!

Dishonest
Cancelled my reservation 2 month out because of renovations. Which is a lie, the reason for the cancellation was apparently so that they could rent out the room for a higher rate. Book at own risk and have a back up in case they decide to make more money on someone else.

Best hotel of town
There was a beautiful hotel. The hotel we stayed at in merida was the sole pleasant aspect of our trip. The staff was friendly and professional, and the location was well-chosen. There was a staff names yousefi,she was so kind and very professional

Fabulous and beyond special. Very unique
The exceptional nature of this boutique hotel cannot be overstated. I stayed here as a +1 attending a destination wedding and my date booked the room, so I didn’t even know what I was in for — the best overall hotel experience of my life. Visually, every detail is beautiful, well-considered, and luxurious. I’ve never stayed in such a tiny boutique before and it really felt so completely secure and serviced — it was a revelation. The staff are attentive, warm, and comfortably affable. They delivered us round after round of restaurant food to ease wicked hangovers, and we felt zero discomfort or awkwardness being seen that way. I don’t know how to describe it — it was like staying with fabulously wealthy cherished family or friends whose staff are totally devoted to them and therefore to you. It was so beyond special. On the practical side, also fabulous as this place is located an easy walk or drive to all the local points of interest. If you’re staying in the area, don’t think twice about booking Diez Diez. 🙏🏼 🇲🇽
