A wonderful stay.
We had a wonderful time at the Hacienda. The staff were amazing, welcoming and helpful especially Leslie at the restaurant who helped us us organise events such as the cooking classes for us. A fantastic experience and we hope to be back again.

TODO PERFECTO. FUERON 5 DÍAS MARAVILLOSOS. ESTUVE CON MI MUJER Y MIS DOS HIJOS Y LA ATENCIÓN DE LOS EMPELADOS, LAS ACTIVIDADES Y LAS INSTALACIONES NOS PARECIERON ESTUPENDAS. POR ALTA OCUPACIÓN NO PUDIMOS OBTENER UN UPGRADE DE HBIACIÓN PERO LA HABITACIÓN BÁSICA ERA ESTUPENDA. MAS QUE DE SOBRA. EXCLENTE

Hermoso lugar con una excelencia en el servicio a los huéspedes, las habitaciones, áreas comunes y los alimento, son de excelente calidad. sin lugar a dudas volvería y lo recomendaría a las demás personas. Además cuenta con capilla y 3 albercas para cada área del hotel. yo vengo con mi hija de 3 meses y nos ofrecieron una habitación con tu propia alberca que nos cayó de lujo para meter a bañar a Isabella.

Massive construction project throughout the hotel
The hotel gave us the option to prepay our stay before telling us anything about the massive construction project in the hotel. The pool and rooms have active construction sites all day long which is deeply disruptive to the stay and sleep. Given that we prepaid our stay our stay was unrefundable, so we were stuck. Don't stay here!
