Andaz in La Condesa was an incredible experience: the staff were all super friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is located in one of the best spots to anchor a Mexico City trip from. There are great food, drinks, and parks within walking distance, and the staff are eager to share their favorites (we got breakfast and drink recommendations in particular that were close to the hotel and fantastic)

Hotel is OK, rooms can be quite small and dated, make sure you have a renovated room or the suite. Breakfast is excellent and highly recommended. The gym is also great. Room service food is average.

Overall a very pleasant experience, in a very nice part of the city. The only hiccup was we had to spend our first night in a room where there was a massive pillar by the window - blocking all views and light! The building of the hotel does have some unusual quirks like that. After we complained, they managed to find us another much more "normal" room. Otherwise no issues. Also worth noting that the distinction on the ground floor between the Andaz and the Mondrian is a little confusing - some of the facilities (restaurant, coffee shop, etc.) accept Andaz room charges, some don't. I have stayed at better Andaz hotels - this was not bad, but below average (hotel condition vs price paid). All staff were very helpful and welcoming nonetheless!

The Andaz is a perfect oasis in the Condesa area of Mexico City. The hotel is beautiful, with spectacular rooftop restaurant and bar. There is a sports bar, a coffee shop, and a wine bar that are also very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

The staff from all departments were excellent. They gave me homely vibes. Location was great. There were so many different types of restaurants, parks within walking distance
