Andaz Mexico City Condesa

The hotel was very very clean, the staff were phenomenal and it was in a fantastic location. Pool was a little small with no outdoor lounge chairs, but still so enjoyable with beautiful rooftop views of the city.

Great hotel in a perfect location. The staff couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. Huge shoutout to the entire team at Portico who knew my whole family by name at breakfast and treated us so well. This neighborhood is fantastic and we’ll be returning to the Andaz again.

Great location, atmosphere and food. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant and pool has a fun and sophisticated vibe.

We went for a wedding in the beginning of March. The staff of the hotel were the best. I especially want to accentuate that Elizabeth at the front desk and Manuel who is from room service and a waiter. Elizabeth made sure my dress was steamed and prepared better than a dry cleaner. Truly exceptional people.

My partner and I just returned from an extraordinarily pleasant nine-day visit to Mexico City. We really enjoyed the Hyatt Andaz hotel, as well as all Mexico City has to offer. The hotel is perfectly located in Condesa, near Roma which are two of Mexico City's loveliest neighborhoods. Architecture and room very nice and great breakfast buffet. But most significant differentiator from other hotels is the staff. The team in the breakfast room, Hugo, Veronica and Augustine and all the others, are uniformly warm and provide a high level of service. And the concierge and welcome team were extremely helpful. Not only did we learn about restaurants and where to walk but more importantly we got to know them.
