This was my second time staying at a Ritz Carlton hotel with the first one being baby Dhabi and so I had high expectations. Firstly, the building was amazing and in immaculate condition. Upon arrival I was escorted to the main reception level which I believe was on the 26th floor. The room was spacious and well kept throughout the week I remained there. For breakfast there is a broad choice to choose from whether that be a continental Europe breakfast or something more local. During the evenings there was loud music in the bar/lounge so take this into account when booking. The gym was open 24 /7 albeit with limited equipment and there were spa facilities which I did not use. Overall a nice stay but doesn’t compare with the Abu Dhabi branch

We traveled a long way to the Ritz and our expectations were high, we have been blown away by the service we are receiving ( staying until Monday), if I suggest anything book the club room, wow ! You will be incredibly spoilt, the food and drink are insanely good, a shout out to all the club lounge staff who are exceptional in every way, the room is great and very comfortable, I’m sure we won’t want to leave, but will definitely be returning, thank you.

We just returned from staying at the Ritz Carlton Mexico City for a third time. One of the reasons it's our go-to-hotel in the city is obviously the park views, but really it's the excellent customer service of the hotel. The staff - from the moment you walk out of your car (Agusto & Joel), to the front desk staff, (Karen Gamez) and everyone from the front desk team is incredibly friendly, attentive and kind. They are so welcoming, it makes such a difference. We really enjoyed seeing the staff and chatting with them when we would see them. They remembered our names, and would check in if anything was needed. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, plus no other hotel offers the park views this one does. Priceless! We will always return to the Ritz Carlton Mexico City when we visit CDMX.

We stayed at one of the suites on the 46th floor, with sweeping almost 270 views of the park and surroundings. The suite looks to be recently furnished, with contemporary, luxurious finishes, and included a breakfast area, living room, dining room, and kitchen with its own service entrance. It was immense! The room was immaculately clean and we received twice-daily housekeeping, with some thoughtful amenities such as chocolate-covered strawberries to celebrate our anniversary. All of the staff were kind and breakfast was delivered quickly/on time every day, including special requests for water, tea kettle, breakfast modifications, etc. Overall, it was a well-managed hotel with staff who were sometimes helpful to a fault! The elevator system was a bit annoying (especially having to transfer to a different one when going to the pool/spa), and sometimes there was a wait/crowd for the main elevator. Also, I wish they had WhatsApp or a dedicated chat/messaging system like the Four Seasons so we didn't have to call each time we wanted something -- especially useful if we wanted to put in requests when we were out of the hotel. Other than that, this would be my top choice for a luxury stay in Mexico City!

Absolutely fabulous property. The staff are amazing and very personable and professional. The hotel has gorgeous rooms and terraces overlooking the park and city. Had noisy neighbors who decided to talk loud on their terrace late at night so had to have my room changed which was an inconvenience but once again the staff was so accommodating. Be prepared to pay a lot for the food and drink. A Martini costs $28 and a hamburger and fries costs $38 and an American breakfast will cost you $70. They give you around 4 boxes waters and coffee pods to make espresso. No turndown service is provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Allow lots of time for airport as it can take over an hour each way.
