Stay away
Dated hotel, not a 5 star property. Strongly advise you to stay away. In the middle of the night a loud sound started in my room and disrupted my sleep. I requested for a change of room and they had very poor customer service and told me they had no availability. Several of my collagyes had the same problem and checked out into airbnbs . Stay away.

Reasonable price, super, modern room excellent breakfast, nice little spa with jacuzzi steam room and sauna. Pleasant staff, no complaints. I would return. Good rooftop bar with view.

Great Hotel, Amazing Breakfast
We stayed here for two nights, while we were in town for an event. The hotel is very modern and beautiful. The front desk was very accommodating and helpful with our requests and questions (made arrangements for airport transfers, travel within the city, etc.). We were there during the F1 races, and the hotel was packed, but you wouldn't have noticed except for the large buses in the driveway. Service was still exceptional. Location is great with a lot of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Strong police presence in the area, and we felt safe. We were upgraded to a penthouse right next to the Speakeasy. We did hear some music, but it really didn't bother us. The Speakeasy was fun and we were provided a few tickets at check in for some free cocktails. Our package had breakfast included, and it was amazing. All sorts of breads, pastries, charcuterie, some hot dishes, and a menu with made to order items. My favorite was Pan de los muertos, and definitely try the avocado toast with poached egg. Will definitely consider staying there again when we return to Mexico City.

Clean, hip and very nicely located. Recommended.
The hotel is in a very fancy neighborhood; it's safe, walking distance to many restaurants and businesses. Also walking distance to the Reforma avenue and even the museum and the park. It's a fancy and hip hotel, as all Ws are. There is always lounge music playing even in the morning with several restaurants and bars. The decor is eclectic but I am sure some will find it over. Service is good and very professional. Check in was a tad slow. Elevators can be slow, took me 10 minutes of waiting to get my elevator one morning. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated with coffee machine, safe, nice toiletry and great bathroom layout; all glass with a view over the city. On the floor I was on, 11th I believe they had some quick bites in the morning and evening; yogurt, snacks, coffee etc.. Breakfast in the hotel is good not great; the fresh berries are top quality but they could get some better muesli or granola instead of cheap corn flakes for example. I understood that it was around 30-35$ if one were to buy it separate; that's a lot. Overall great hotel with no major complaints.

Do better be better we won’t be back
The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately, there is nothing behind the façade. It’s like a gorgeous face until they open their mouths — all looks, no depth. Service is inefficient, responses are poor, and the basics you would expect from a hotel of this category simply don’t work. It may be fine if you don’t care whether your room is cleaned on time or whether the amenities actually function, but for those who value service and reliability, this hotel falls short. Do better. Be better. We had high expectations and they were dashed, we do not recommend this hotel because in fairness nobody really seems to care so we don’t care to return.
