The hotel was decent, and particularly the lobby was nice and had a cool vibe going. The bar area was great for an afternoon drink. However, the rooms left loads to be desired. Ours was pretty worn down, and so was several of the common areas. Left a lot to be desired. Could maybe have gotten four stars, but because of the price we really expected more

Stayed at the hotel March 22nd. I was honestly just really disappointed. The photos make it seem like a 5-star hotel but it's nothing like that. I'll put aside the relentless loud music and the general party atmosphere. That's what I expect at a W. I could live with that; but there's no excuse for such poorly maintained facilities. Literally the pipes squeaked so badly at all hours of the night, I thought at first a bird had got into the room. I reached out to the hotel about it and I thought they did something about it but instead I got a message that they were waiting for me to meet them. Why not just send someone? I don't understand that. But then I realized it's just old pipes. Problem #2: The suite they upgraded me to due to my Titanium status with Marriott was quite spacious but so run down. The couch is probably 20 years old. The tile is dated. The shower is dated. The wallpaper is peeling off. You just have the general sense the hotel is well past its expiration date. I could not get hot water at the sink but I was tired so I just lived with it. The shower works but you have to try to jiggle the tub diverter so it will kick on. That was an adventure. You really can't make this stuff up. Marriot should really be ashamed of themselves if they can't see that hotel needs a major renovation. I checked out early and moved net door to the JW Marriot. Also not perfect but at least it's refurbished and you feel like you're in a 5-star hotel. The W I don't think is even a 2-star hotel. (I gave two stars instead of one because the employees are nice. That's the only positive I can think of).

The Terraza is the best place of the W Hotel. The food and ambience is great. But the best part is the incredible service. Our Waiter, Giovanni - was attentive, caring, and informed us on every single detail. He was efficient and the treatment was above expectations. He made our work dinner very special. We will continue to choose the W just for the type of service. Congratulations to the hotel, for having top notch talent/waiters! Thank you

My reservation was at 3 pm to stay and it’s almost 6 pm and my room it’s not ready and they don’t do nothing about it . I don’t recommend this hotel at all. This is not possible in a suppose five star hotel. That you pay for a suite and it’s not ready 2 hour and a half after

We had drinks at Trivvu on our second night and the service was phenomenal. Our services Giovanni was super attentive and kind to us! Drinks were a 10/10 and the bar itself was also super cute with a DJ playing great music. I would recommend stopping by for drinks!
