I stayed here one night because of my cruise and it was good. It’s a nice hotel and they also have a resort pass. I like how you cross the street and the beach is right there. The food at the restaurant is good. The only thing I did not like was the coconut alcohol drink. It was watered down and around $50.

Harry and Julio excellent and very helpful!!! Thank you for the great service!! We just came back from a cruise with lots of luggage, kids and tired and they quickly received us offering assistance and taking everything off of our hands. So helpful!

we BOOKED through super.com which was a BIG mistake. No one alerted us that the pool would be nonexistent. Torn up and a big messy dirty noisy construction site was in it's place. The confidante front desk was amazing and let us cancel before hand but super.com keeps not refunding our money and asking us to provide a letter from the front desk. I have been on hold for over 4 hours with Hyatt direct, Hyatt accounting department and also the confidante where they transfered me. I got through once and they hung up after 30 seconds. I cannot get this resolved and therefore cannot get my money back! I think this is fraud because when I booked the hotel no one ever mentioned there would not be a pool adn they KNEW this was scheduled to happen. I just want someone from Hyatt to provide me with a letter and no one is helping me. I even tried to text and they are blocking my texts. Funny is I am going to NYC and was going to stay at Hyatt. NO MORE! their customer service is horrible!

Julio was an amazing help very friendly and super helpful. The entire team is amazing and all deserve a raise. I've been here for 2 weeks with one more to go and they are always smiling asking about my day and even teaching me some Spanish. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back here hopefully they all will still be working here.

I was there for a holiday and had a beautiful view. A nice check in and a fast check out. The valley parking was friendly and fast also.jyst on the beach they were slow. The bed was not so comfortable but ok for 1 night. There was construction, they didn't say anything about, the view was amazing and the closeness to the beach!!
