Omg I had the best time in this hotel, the pool partys were amazing, the food was delicious, the location is in the heart of South Beach and the rooms are totally fabbbbb 💐💐💐. Out of all the Marriot properties I've stayed, this one slayed the most. Congratulations to whoever hired all the staff, they are by far the best feature of the hotel.

We recently stayed here, celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary. I contacted the hotel in advance to advise them of this & they gave us a lovely room & surprised us with Champagne & Cookies! The hotel is beautiful & the staff are really friendly & helpful, especially Garrett Garcia. The pool area is lovely & the cocktails were fab, though a little expensive. It’s perfectly located to enjoy Ocean Drive & South Beach (where the hotel has an area you can use). I enjoyed an early morning coffee every day from the cafe on the 3rd floor, where they also have a lovely terrace. We were lucky to stay here on a Friday and experience their pool party, which was great fun & fantastic for people watching! I would love to stay here again & highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for 5 nights around Formula 1 so it was a hectic time. The desk always did a good job despite being under constant stress from the high turnover the hotel has. Just a PSA to other Bonvoy status holders it doesn't make you a god if you're Platinum, just be nice, and don't expect the JW lounge with upgrades every time. The pool is a great place to meet other travelers on the weekdays, and then on the weekends its a full on pool party, which apparently can cost $$, (free as a guest). The Queen rooms are small, however don't expect to spend much time in the room anyways. If you can get any of the upgraded rooms they're very nice. There's some food options on the 3rd floor that seemed OK. Outdoor gym is super cool. Ken at the front desk was super helpful the whole time, and if you're lucky you might even get a special "Good time coin?" after your stay. Will be back if I want to stay in South Beach.

Marriot Bonvoy Loyalists, The hotel is great meet with Yara at the front desk, she’s the staple of the property, really a special gem. The front desk full of energy and great prosecco. Strawberry Moon Cafe employees are like Prison Guards. Really awful loyalty program . I will return to the hotel. Pass on the Cafe until they get better manners. They lost keys to Rolls…had to take an UBER

Stayed at the hotel F1 weekend for 4 nights. The service was good, all the employees were very friendly and attentive. The room was very small and I wasn't recognized as a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, no upgrade was provided. The breakfast option for Elite members was a joke. A voucher for two items from the coffee shop? The Latin lady running the coffee shop was rude and not customer service-oriented. The hotel was clean and in a great area of South Beach. I was very impressed with the Front desk staff ( Especially Cristina)and the bellmen. They provided great customer service and were always available to answer questions and help.
