The front office supervisor Gaby was amazing! Greeted us very nicely, made as many accomplishments as she could for us and make our stay here very easy. We really appreciated her help and kind calm demeanor. Helped us start the trip on a great note. She did everything she could to make things as easy as possible for us

Nobu Miami Beach is an amazing property! From Chamise who made my wife and I feel SO welcomed upon arrival, to John who ensured a smooth departure, everyone was very warm and helpful. The rooms are spacious and soothing, and with several pools on property you can choose the best one for whatever mood you're in. The spa was very relaxing, as well, and a delicious dinner at Nobu restaurant capped it all off. I live locally and plan to make Nobu Miami Beach my "getaway go-to" hotel of choice!

Kimberly at the at the Nobu hotel bar is amazing! 5 star service. The place is laid out very well and the hotel has great food. Everything that they do is top notch and they have pride in what they do. We highly recommend the Pina Colada options that they provide.

We had an amazing experience from check in to check out! The staff was accommodating and the pools were spectacular. The Zen Suite with the wrap around balcony gives you ocean front views by day and Miami City Views by night! We’ll be back soon!

My husband and I recently stayed at Nobu Miami Beach, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was beautifully appointed, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay. The hotel's bar was a highlight for us, with a great ambiance and a wide selection of drinks to choose from. The multiple pools at the hotel were also a great addition, providing a relaxing and enjoyable vibe. However, our stay was marred by some service issues. On multiple occasions, we found ourselves waiting at the bar for at least 20 minutes before being acknowledged by the staff, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, we booked an excursion for the escalades through the hotel, but we were not informed about the extensive time it would take. The excursion ended up taking all day, as we were taken on a bus that made stops at other hotels to pick up more guests, resulting in a lengthy and tiring journey. This lack of transparency regarding the duration of the excursion was frustrating, and we ended up taking an Uber back to the hotel to save time. Despite these service hiccups, we still enjoyed our stay at Nobu Miami Beach. With a bit more attention to customer service and clearer communication about excursion details, the experience could have been even better.
